The offer they made!
Austin M.

DO NOT WORK WITH ANTHONY YANCEY. A RUDE SCAM ARTIST WHO LACKS ANY PROFESSIONALISM. I was so excited to buy a car from Allan Vigil because of all the great reviews I've gotten. I have got to say Omar was great to work with, but the sales managers are the real issue here. Apparently they had a "bug in the system" after offering us 13,800 for the 2015 limited Hyundai Sonata they have. The finance manager comes out and pulls the classic bait and switch. He says unfortunately that price was wrong and he can only give it to me for 17000!! I immediately left unsatisfied and feeling scammed. Fast forward a week later, we receive a call back saying that they are going to work with us on the price that was offered. I was so excited. The whole Time I'm thinking they are going to offer the 13,800 again. Come to find out they CONNED us AGAIN after we gave them the go ahead to do a credit application. They said they could down to 16,500. What a steal . We have bought a car from them before, and now regret giving them any business at all. The nail in the coffin was when they called back to make amends only to make it worse. SHAME ON ALLAN VIGIL. UNPROFESSIONAL and LOUSY customer service from the Sales department.

I began the process of negotiation with Allan Vigil Lincoln through the Auto Trader website late on Wednesday, January 12.  On Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m. I received a call from sales professional Israel Thompson regarding my inquiry. I was interested in learning more about a 2020 Lincoln Corsair that fit my needs and specifications.  Additionally, I wished to trade my 2019 Audi Q5, which required me to provide my own selling information including pictures.   In less than 90 minutes, through the wizardry of the digital universe, the two of us were able to come to a mutually beneficial understanding that necessitated my arrival at the Allan Vigil Lincoln dealership in Morrow, GA, in order to continue the trade discussion.  In short, we were close to a deal.  Therefore, I departed my home in Suwanee, GA, (Forsyth County) around 11:50 a.m. and drove the 57 miles to arrive at Allan Vigil Lincoln on the south side of Atlanta at 1:00 p.m. Upon arrival I was welcomed by Israel and became immediately impressed with his forthright and professional sales acumen.  Israel did not waste my time.  We both presented the needed information necessary from our respective points of view to complete the transaction.  Once a final offer was made, Israel invoked beneficial rationale that convinced me to accept this very solid proposition. By 5:00 p.m. I was on my way with a new car and the folks at Allan Vigil Lincoln, which included Israel and finance manager Tony Wiggins, are to be congratulated for conducting a highly professional, swift and efficient business transaction from my first contact via Auto Trader to the full tank of gas provided for my ride home.  When shopping for my next automobile I will definitely begin the process by contacting Israel Thompson and Allan Vigil Lincoln first of all!

I went to this location on Friday, first off they barely spoke when I walked in.I ask the (fat lazy…read more)gentleman ,could he let me know when I purchase my battery,he said no because they don't have that type of system. The guy then ask me do I know the size of battery,I said no,then he ask me do I have the receipt ,I said no.Then he said we can put battery on cars no more. I didn't ask him to put no battery in my car.i walked to check my information on battery ,then noticed on the window that they check batteries I walked back in and ask could he check my battery he looked at me like you see it's almost to for me go.After that he walked out so slow, and told me I need to pull my car up and wasn't a little bit from the curb,he say can I pull up .I ask him are you serious ..And the 2 ladies walked out like they about to do something .What I am saying hiring some people who want to help your customer ,the 3 people you have suck.I went to forest park,I had no problem .

I love these people. I've been doing business here for years. Small stuff, mostly. Filters and…read morelights and minor parts for whatever is in my garage. But I've always found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. No nonsense. For instance, I recently found an older, Napa Gold oil filter in my garage that fit a car I recently sold. I called the store and Sandra quickly confirmed the filter was for the old car, and that they could exchange it for a new filter for me plus or minus whatever the nominal price difference was. Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.

I just wanted to say Todd is pretty awesome at this location . He is incredibly knowledgeable…read moreabout cars and their parts . Prior to my visit today I had actually went to this location and received the wrong bumper cover. Although a bit frustrated having to return , Todd showed great concern , expertise , and efficiency. I literally didn't have to say much and was out of there before I knew it . I forgot I even had an issue lol . Made it a quick and easy fix . Definitely recommend this location to shop with. All of the staff is super helpful . It's always clean and well kept .

First - let me say - I'm not sure why Yelp has this listed as Certi-Fit. The company name doesn't…read morehave a hyphen in it and the Yelp search algorithm didn't yield 'Certifit' in results, so I wasted time creating a new business entry thinking it didn't exist at first. Lol. Interior / Exterior I'm not sure about this because I didn't visit because I sent my nephew to pick up the parts for me. Customer Service The gentleman I spoke to on the phone (twice) was very pleasant. They are only open weekdays and they close at 5:30pm. Add to that, they don't offer online shopping (that catalog URL is a dead link) AND they don't offer phone orders / shipping. Please be advised the inventory is limited. For instance, I had some passenger side bumper damage, so I needed a new bumper, but I also needed the right (passenger) side trim for my fog light. The associate warned me that they ONLY had the trim for the right side, not the left, so I was lucky. Since they don't take phone orders and they're about an hour's drive from me, I cash apped my nephew (who lives near the store) and did a parts 'reservation' over the phone. My nephew paid and picked up the parts and we met at the halfway point. Lol. Price / Value Most people know this - but just to be clear, there are 3 different 'types' of auto parts: genuine, OEM and after-market. Certifit does not carry genuine or OEM parts. They are upfront and tell you that this in after-market part. Some people have had problems with after-market parts not fitting. Certifit 'stands behind' their parts by allowing returns as long as the part is not altered, painted or damaged in any way when being presented for return. My new, after-market bumper for my Camry was $90. Comparatively, Toyota's genuine part was $329. And the OEM part (priced at 2 other places) was $279. The bumper doctor had used but damaged (genuine and OEM) bumpers for $80. Overall After my parts were painted and installed, I realized that there is another piece of trim that goes around the light that is missing from the fog light cover. Since I'm not sure if this was an error on their part - or if this is how they sell the part - and I'm not driving an hour to find out, at some point, I'll have to order the part from Toyota or an online vendor and pay my installer to take the bumper off to snap this minor piece on. But it will NOT be anytime soon. I mention it to say, having a catalog or online repository of inventory would make stuff like this avoidable. And I totally realize that I (or the installer) should have caught the issue before putting the whole bumper back on the car. I am happy with my purchase. But I do wish they had a way to view parts / inventory online and I wish there was way to pay over the phone and ship, but I didn't deduct a star because realistically, I realize if they did this - their prices would probably go up. Oh well - you can't have it all!
