Expensive, they dont give you change, hot as hell in the summer with limited seating, no softdrinks, nothing... clearly they dont care about their customers. As for the quality of the wash, eh... find somewhere else to do your laundry... read more

Nice place. Well organized, make sure u have smaller bills of euros. The credit card payments are acceptable only above 20 euro amounts. I had 8 piece of cloths n costed me 3.50 euros n took half an hour to get this through. read more

This was the only place that seemed to be open on a Saturday afternoon. The small (8 kg) washer was 3,50 and the large (17 kg) washer was 6,50. The dryer was 3,50 for 20 minutes. The washer took a little more than 30 minutes. The detergent was 1,00. We were happy to get our clothes clean while traveling at an affordable price. There were two air conditioned eateries nearby to wait while the laundry machines worked. I saw this place reviewed in a Rick Steves book. We took the 2/14 tram from the Duomo area. read more

When we first arrived, the manager stopped by on her bicycle and talked to us about settings to use and expected wait time. She was friendly and helpful, to us, but it would have been more helpful if she had gone in the back of the machines to check the lint filters.
