Really wish I would have read the reviews before shopping here. In two years, nothing has changed. Earlier this month I bought my husband a chef uniform for his birthday from here. I should've known from the one rack selection to keep it moving. I still got him a coat and a pair of pants anyway. He tried it on, the coat didn't fit him as good as he would've liked it, and upon further inspection, we noticed three buttons were missing. The pants were washed before use, like one should and the string on the pants came completely undone and unraveled. There was no fixing it. My husband wasn't able to wear either of these pieces of clothing and they could not return it, because it was washed. Even with having my receipt and returning it within a 31 days. The best they could do was offer a 40% discount towards a future purchase that I will not be making. read more

Probably one of the worst clothing buying experiences of my life. Understandably they were busy the month of August due to school uniform shopping, however, I went one month early they had no sizes, returned a total of 5 times, in order to pick up uniforms. They lost my order for embroidery and it is now 6 weeks since I ordered my children's school jacket and I still have not received it. I have called about 10 times in the last two weeks left several messages and they never answer the phone or return phone calls. Horrible horrible horrible! read more

David and Oliva went over & beyond for me with excellent customer service ensuring I found all the shirts I needed. The store is super clean. And my shirts took less that 7 minutes to embroider. Great selection of scrubs. The hospital I work at was asking for olive green scrubs and they had a couple to choose from.

I asked the store manager Gina if I could bring my son's book bag to embroider the school logo and his name on. Gina said yes no problem just make sure it is thin enough. When I came back with it, she said the material was fine so I went ahead and paid for embroidery. The first job came out great. Today I brought my daughter's new book bag to do the same (I wasn't able to do both at the same time because I couldn't find my daughter the book bag color she wanted). Someone else dis the embroidery this time. She asked me to give her 20 minutes because she needs the time to get it ready and make sure it will come out good. I though this was odd because there was no one in the store besides me but I respected her request and found my self something to do at the near by Walmart. I came back 30 minutes or more later just to find out the name wasn't done because she didn't know what color but that it was ready to go. I told her the color and waited for it to be embroidered. When it was finally done I noticed that it was crooked! So I showed her it was crooked... she then started to tell me that it was a tough material and that store policy is that they don't take responsibility for items from outside the store!!! I was livid! I explained to her that I specifically asked the store manager if I could and even showed her the material on my son's book bag and she said it was fine so how come now is the first time I hear about this story policy??? Why didn't the store manager tell me that it can be done BUT... then she told me she will give me the money back for the bag and will redo the embroidery so I asked if she can pay me today because I don't want to pay out of pocket again... she said she doesn't have cash so I asked for something in writing so that when I come back they know why... she said she needed to keep the bag in the store I said no problem... she went to the back and then started arguing with another store employee who told her not to pay me and to wait for Gina. Mean while Gina walked into the store. So I reached out to her and told her about what happened. I thought she would own the mistake made by her employee and offer to pay for the bag, to my surprise she said she can only pay for the embroidery not for the merchandise!!! So I left the store upset after wasting so much time just to get horrible service!!! If you need embroidery and have other options go to a place who is more professional and that takes responsibility for their mistakes!!!! Very disappointing!!! read more

Poor service. Both their phone message and online state their business operating hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. However, this business chooses when they want to open and close their doors. I drove from across town after spending an exhausting day wrangling up school supplies and 1st day gear. I arrived at this establishment 10 minutes before their closing time to only find the store full of cudtomers and tbe doors closed and their OPEN sign turned off. Not one person from the store cared to acknowledge me knocking at the door. And as i was leaving, another customer arrived after me to try to return something and was also turned away. Obviously the people who run this store are nuts and need better skills. This all happened the Saturday before school starts, and this year school starts in the middle of the week, so working parents aren't goo ng to have time to continually run to this location whenever they choose to be open to get our kids ready for school. This store really needs to learn better managerial and customer service skills. If you state you're open to 6pm, chances are... you should stay open to 6pm! read more
