Priority was very responsive to my email confirming the date and time for meeting. On that day, Priority called me about 30 minutes before he would arrive so I could meet him at the house. He was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He found that the house doors had been secured with safety anchors (my description) so he used his knowledge, creativity and persistence to finally get a door open and we got into the house. He told me he would be finished in 30 minutes. He actually finished in about 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked. You see, just 2 hours prior, I had SOS Locksmith at my home. The tech was here for an hour and 45 minutes and I had no key. He said the same thing happened to him yesterday with another 2017 Corolla. He attempted to troubleshoot and even called his supervisor. He believes that there is some software that he doesn't have or some other trick to program the replacement key. His supervisor did not have a solution either. Their main office said I should pay for the tech's labor, on top of the $19 service fee. I told them I wasn't going to pay for the company's inability to provide the proper equipment to do the job. So, time to call another automotive locksmith. Then Barry showed up, with confidence and a smile, and told me he would finish in 30 minutes. I was skeptical, but hopeful. Well, I had a key in 20 minutes! Barry provided incredible service, he was very friendly, experienced, hardworking, adept, and the list goes on.
