What's great is what when waiting, they provide sandwiches, coffee, and tea. So on top of getting paid to talk about whatever, one also gets a nice dinner out of the deal. When the sandwiches are of the panini type, one is in for an extra special treat. Staff are quite friendly, though obviously their methods are more scientific than conversational. They need to ask the correct logical questions, to elicit useful answers. The groups are held in rooms with suspended microphones, cameras, and a 2-way mirror. It's a pretty neat experience. I would recommend trying it at least once.

The conference room has the typical double sided glass wall so people can watch from the other side and cameras and microphones but it doesn't feel like an interrogation room or like you are on display.
