We walked in All Stiles on a weekday morning. It was not busy and there was a clerk behind the desk. She was talking to two women and looked at us. She ignored us as we waited there for about 15 minutes. We walked out. Didn't even acknowledge us. Would never go there again. The rudeness was unacceptable. read more

So unprofessional. Showroom is a cluttered mess, behind the building, the "warehouse", is even more messy. Packing plastic and tape are strewn all over the ground, broken tiles litter the driveway, and people who don't know what they're doing are driving forklifts. To make matters worse, employees are so rude and act like you're making their life difficult. read more

The service was horrible and unprofessional. My partner and I were acknowledged about 10 minutes after walking into the store even though there was only another client at the time. There was a lady assisting the client present. After we waited she got a gentleman to help us. We simply stated we were looking for bathroom floor and wall tiles. She instructed him to show us the least expensive ones even though we did not ask for prices. The gentleman greeted us with a "what do you want?" and directed us to the least expensive section. We looked and we had further questions about other styles we saw. The gentleman stated that the specific tiles we were inquiring about were expensive. We asked further questions about ceramics and natural stone tiles we saw. The gentleman insisted it was very expensive and disregarded our questions. We thanked him and left the establishment. The treatment was demeaning and offensive. We will not be utilizing their services. read more

I'm so surprised to see negative reviews. I've had great experiences with everyone at All Stile. The sales people walked me around, and helped me find the right tile combinations, the service department helped with special orders and the loading crew was so patient and kind when I needed something right away to finish a job and gave them no notice I was coming to pick it up. I came back to do a very small job and found the same great service. Maybe management has changed because some of the reviews are older but I'd definitely recommend them for jobs big or small. read more

Total disappointment. I went in this past Sunday for help with buying wall tiles and inquiring about have the installation of the tiles done by them for a bathroom shower. The one saleswoman totally ignored me. I had to chase her around the store as she went from customer to customer. She made me feel petty when I showed her pictures of the shower wall I wanted to tile. She said that they don't deal with small jobs like mine and that it's not worth their time. She was rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. She then went on to give me a quote on the price of basic white subway tiles. She told me the price would be 2.99 sq. ft. A few minutes later I got the attention of another woman (possibly the Manager) and asked her if she could recommend someone who would do the job. She was much more polite than the first woman. Just out of curiosity, I asked her how much the basic white subway tiles cost per square foot and she came up with a price of $2.49 sq. ft. So it seems as if they make up prices as they go along. Don't bother going in for help because if's the last thing you'll find at this place. The store is total chaos! I don't trust this place and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. read more
