He is prompt, friendly, goes out of his way to try to get to you asap in an area where service is hard to come by, fair, and gets the job done right. Service #1: We had the control mechanism to our shower break, leaving it stuck in the "on" position. Lawrence was able to identify what we needed and fix the problem same day, which is completely unheard of in this area. Service #2: We had a clogged toilet. Lawrence fixed it. Service #3: We had a major leak in our piping flowing to the outside sewer system. Lawrence rebuilt it. Service #4: We had an "oopsie" with our garbage disposal, making it me think I had broken it. Lawrence talked me through pressing the reset button I didn't know existed over the phone. Problem fixed. Money saved. Lawrence could have just as easily come out, pressed the button himself, and charged me for it. Another plumber might have done that. Not DrainTech. Great, great service and I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Give DrainTech a call. You will not regret it.

The man at Grover's asked us what was going on with the one we were replacing, and upon describing it he identified and told us how to fix the problem. Now my six year rated unit will last, hopefully at least a few more years. Any other place like Lowe's, or Home Depot would have just sold me a new unit. But that is exactly why, when my hot water heater does inevitably give up the ghost, I will return and purchase the next one from Grover's!
