Extremely helpful sales staff, hooked our company up with an order of hard to find sy-clone filters, very knowledgeable staff!

Great company for sprinklers and alarm systems. They really take pride in what they do.read more

The major irritation is I have been sent a bill for the entire amount even though they did no work…read more DFS, it's lovely that you're so busy you cannot call back for a week. I appreciate you're trying to streamline & cut costs by going automated & AI. I support local & wish you well but I will not recommend you to anyone I like. I will certainly be forwarding the contact info for my new fire sprinkler inspection company to anyone & everyone. This year they have AI answering their phones. Creepy & aggravatingly ineffective. It never understood my answers. Not my name nor the phone number so it ended up having to forward me to an actual human being...who I was informed is now a call center; no longer his own personnel who made the appointment right away. A call center rep informed me I'd receive a quote via email & we'd get a call to make the appointment. Fine. Approved the quote but never heard from another human being again. Apparently, they'd sent an email 3 days later. An unsigned pre printed letter from a Jenn Reisinger***. The letter stated to confirm the appointment. I never confirmed bc the email was lost in SpamNeverNeverLand. If your client does not confirm, as you requested in your form letter, you could reach out via call/text to confirm or do not hold the appointment & move on to the next client. My dentist, the pest control company, the dog groomer, most all companies do that as a courtesy but also not to waste their own time. Obviously, we did not know or we would have rescheduled or had a neighbor help. The only reason I discovered they were at my house was the tech calling at the gate. I asked to have their office call me to reschedule ASAP as we are on a deadline from the city. When I did not receive a call back, I again called & had to go through AI, again, getting forwarded to the call center to leave another message. No calls were ever received from DFS until 6 days after I requested it from both their driver & the answering service. I literally just had another company complete the job just that AM he finally deigned to return my call. When I informed him I had waited for his return call to reschedule nearly a week ago he never apologized for his delayed response; "...they just put this on my desk that you wanted a call back..." Who is "they"; your AI office manager?!?! So why the 1 star after a simple snafu? 0 stars are not accepted. It's a minor irritation to only finally receive a call back almost a week later which quickly turned from casually dismissive to the beginnings of a mildly aggressive blame game on his part. Sir, I cannot call to confirm if I do not know you made an appointment in your own head. After nearly a week most people understand they're being ghosted & move on. I had no idea if another company would need days or weeks before they could get to us so yes, I called someone else with our deadline looming. ***Jenn Reisinger never called me back but this afternoon I see an invoice has been sent to me for $240 from Jennifer Renfro. Now it's a Vikki Muroff. That's including the $40 filing fee which they cannot have filed bc they did no work. The gruff teddy bear of a man that had called me a week later said I should have been able to get through directly to them (human owners) had I called on the 469 number, not the 214 number, on the letter. How are clients to know this? 214.628.4061 was the contact number I've been calling for the past two years & is the only number listed on Yelp, Google, their truck & listed above the 469 number on the letter. Does it occur to any of you, out there, to try for a deeper stabbing migraine right over your left eyeball by calling again on a different number in the hopes it won't be AI? DFS, bring back the nice human lady, actual customer svc, leave a prompt selection directing you to the 469 number to reach the office (as you said) OR, only use your 469 number bc what you've changed to is not working. Even had you sent a partial invoice (because you did play a part in this nonsense) I would have swallowed the fair cost. You're trying to hose me for the entirety of your AI adventure; something you created. There is no one paying attention or addressing this issue. BTW, my new inspection company chose not to go AI for this specific reason. They are family owned, less cost, came out within two days as they promised and they were very knowledgeable, clean & nice!
