Went yesterday to sign my child up for class after speaking to a lady the day before that said " we make it as easy as possible for you". I explained how I needed to start his classes over the summer instead of waiting closer to his bday. She said just come down tomorrow and he can start. I take him and the guy at the desk didn't want to let him take the classes because he said he should drive closer to his bday. The lady said he could drive in November or December.
