Carbon Khaus

I can't say enough good things about Richard and his wife at Carbon Khaus! They are truly awesome…read morepeople and were incredibly kind enough to help us fix the rocker panel and roof PPF on an M3 Competition. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work are second to none. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. We can't thank them enough for taking the time to help us and getting everything looking right again. If you're looking for a 5-star quality shop in the San Luis Obispo area, I highly recommend Carbon Khaus. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again, Richard and your wife, for the great work and for being such amazing people!

He completely redesigned our company logo, taking our initial concept ideas and transforming them into a cohesive brand identity that's now driving our business forward. Victor is calm, professional, and exceptionally patient. He never gets reactive and always works through the details, no matter how many visual changes are needed to perfect the final concept. His work sits firmly in the high-end market, specializing in Porsche and supercar design. He approaches each project with precision and patience, and his attention to detail is unmatched. Victor also went beyond the design phase -- creating sponsor paperwork and providing expert insight into racing culture, branding, and advertising. He runs a full-service creative shop with fast turnaround and excellent communication. As a final touch, he made three separate trips to our shop, saving us time and hassle driving back and forth to San Luis Obispo. His work included our GT3 RS, 2007 Chevy, and new race cargo trailer -- all executed flawlessly. Highly recommend Carbon Khaus to anyone looking for top-tier creative work in performance and automotive branding. -- Jimmy Brown, Founder - M1 Circuit Racing www.m1cr.com | @M1CircuitRacing

Paso Robles Kia - Random parts left in my car. Were they supposed to be reattached? Who knows.

Paso Robles Kia

We've all had food servers, salesclerks, or receptionists who leave us feeling very diminished from…read morethe encounter. Well, a young lady by the name of Danielle, a Paso Robles KIA dealership employee, has a personality that leaves you smiling and feeling good. She's just that type of person by nature. She works in the service department, and I've recently had reason to take my car in twice. The first time was during a very difficult time for me. I was staying in a motel with Charley, my 18-year-old dog, while getting my house fumigated. I had just lost my wife of almost 60 years and then had to put Charley's brother down. Charley was very bonded to his brother and my wife. He was her dog, not mine. I was just someone he let sleep in THEIR house. I think the year has been as hard on Charley as me. He lost his appetite and became very skinny, to the point where our vet warned me not to let it go on too long. Charley chills easily, sometimes with his little jaws chattering. He wears two coats to help keep him warm. When I asked Danielle if I could bring him with me and explained about his condition, she immediately said "Yes." When I showed up with Charley and she saw his skinny little body covered by two coats, she scrounged around and found a blanket for him! When I went in for my 2nd appointment, she had a blanket ready for Charley!!! Either she has one great memory or she makes notes. Doesn't matter, she is one special person! I had to laugh and thank her for her good intentions, because I had left Charley home with my granddaughters who had come to live with me. I almost felt sorry her standing with that blanket in her arms. Danielle's picture should be used as what great customer service looks like! As my first appointment with Charley took a couple of hours, I was able to observe this special young lady in action. She made every client feel uplifted and special with her smile and friendly words. The few seconds she spent with her friendly banter while coming and going between us waiting customers was enough to have us chatting among ourselves, and that represents a very happy waiting room. Of course, a couple of visiting dogs might have helped. There is no question about her being an animal lover, and I have yet to meet an animal lover who was not made a better person by their animal's love. Just when I was needing a little sunshine, Danielle crossed my path. SHE IS A KEEPER!!! P.S. All the service was 1st rate, and the car wash is nice too!

Just bought a plug-in hybrid from this dealership…read more Salesperson couldn't find the charger that the car came with, told me the previous owner kept it. In negotiations, they then told me these cars don't get sent with a charger anyways- so they wouldn't negotiate on the cost to replace. This was from both the Sales manager and another lending agent. They went as far as showing me the window sticker as "proof" of its absence. I contacted Kia Corp. They affirmed the inclusion of a charger. Even told me to refer to the owners manual and it's specific language(see picture). Radio silence from the General manager, I'm unimpressed. As a "family owned business" is keeping a trickle charger worth the cost of your reputation?
