I felt very comfortable with Nate - I never felt he would take advantage of my lack of construction knowledge. I had complete trust in him. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. I was out of town when the work was done. When I arrived home, there were no signs that they had even been there. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. Highly recommended!

When insurance initially denied the claim, I was told a reinspection would be handled. Instead, it was rescheduled over and over with different excuses. When they finally came out, they showed up without the right ladder and said they'd rely on the original photos anyway. I called the office hoping to work with someone else, but no follow-up there either. As of 10/13, I was told new photos would be submitted for another reinspection. Still nothing. It's been months with zero real progress. Very disappointing experience. I still have roof samples and your sign Lee's roofing !

I would not choose to do business with Rhoden Roofing again. In my experience, the process required…read moresigning numerous fine-print authorizations on the salesperson's laptop that effectively gave the contractor control over insurance payments and communications with my insurance company. I was repeatedly told not to worry because they would "take care of everything" and that my only responsibility would be paying the deductible. Several months later, after the company had already collected substantially more from the insurance carrier than I believed the work justified, I received what was described as a "final invoice." The document still did not include an itemized breakdown of charges, only a total amount due, and it included charges for work that I do not believe was completed. In addition Rhoden charges a 2.9% fee for using a debit card. Since Federal law makes it illegal to charge a processing fee for debit card transactions (Durbin Amendment to the Dodd-Frank Act), Rhoden plays the word game to try to grab another dollar by calling the fee a "convenience fee". Hiring Rhoden Roofing was a decision I regret. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage homeowners dealing with storm damage or insurance claims to be extremely cautious about assigning insurance payments or claim authority to a contractor they do not know and fully trust. I also strongly recommend obtaining multiple detailed, itemized estimates from reputable roofing companies before signing any agreements or authorizations.

The thing that impressed us most is the unapologetic website that says they pray with the homeowners upon starting work in your home. Mike, Carl and the whole sub-contractor crews that did work on our house were professional and very communicative. We started the project of taking out a weight bearing wall with updates to kitchen and master bath. We liked the idea of pay as we go contract. Wheatland was very upfront about costs and tried to communicate about cost savings. Who does that but a company that is following a Higher Power? We had some delays mainly because sub-contractors were finishing up other projects. Wheatland only uses the best sub-contractors that they have experience working with. Highly recommend this company to do any construction and remodel work. We are very please with the final work done by Wheatland Construction. Good people to work in your home.
