The best Episcopal church I have been to. Granted, I am a newbie, having only been an Episcopalian for almost 4 years and never went to church prior. But -- this is the only one that makes me feel absolutely welcomed and I am completely at home. It's not that everyone runs up to you and starts shaking your hand, hugging, all that -- basically, suffocating you with too much love. Instead, I am allowed to be, and am completely accepted as, myself. Anything I want to be involved in, I am completely welcome. No cliques, special insider groups, none of that. And if I don't want to take part? Well, they let me be. The rector (Fr. John Conrad) and assistant rector (Fr. Conrad Norquist) are both very down-to-earth and give inspiring, uplifting, memorable sermons. Everyone from all walks of life are welcome here. This place is real. read more
