I used to live up the road from the All Saints church, so it was my church for Easter and Christmas. I wish I could say that I visited it more than twice a year, but I am not going to lie when I am talking about God!
This Church of England church is a beautiful building. It is a tall white structure in an idyllic setting -standing next to the village green with a pond to its side, and a few steps over, the village pub.
What I like about All Saints is that it has strong ties with the community. They have a very thriving choir which sing here, and also organise plenty of activities for kids - Small Saints, Fun Saints, a mother and toddler group, as well as holding Brownies and Scouts groups.
They also run the Alpha Course here which I believe is a very popular choice. The vicar is very friendly, and never tells me off for only coming to the Church twice a year. read more
