Let me get things right. Our family had a decent experience here but we were actually very lucky to find this place. Our Airbnb down the street was a hot mess (dirty and full of pest) so we had to leave the next day we got there, we stumble into this resort and they accommodated 5 of us plus a baby for a 7 days stay. This was the only affordable place we were able to find. Everything else would have been double of price. So for what we payed we had a good experience. Few things could be better and I think I does not requiere a lot. Let's start. Check in was nice quick and easy, all inclusive bracelets for all the adults, Martin the manager was very nice and helpful. The buffet is nice and had plenty of options but of course with these many days it got a little old at the end, specially the desserts. But food was good overall. Cancun is very hot and humid so there are little places where you can get away, the restaurant could have put the AC a little cooler, it seemed like everyone was sweeting including the servers. With the servers it needs a lot of work, just in general it was not the nicest treatment, just few of them were very nice and work with good treatment regarles of tips or not. In general needs work. Our room was good and the ac worked in two of the 3 rooms but they leaked a lot and it took a while for them to fix the issue. Same with the crib we asked for, they gave us one with holes and took them 2 days to change it. Pillows were a mess, it is always hard to find good pillows I guess. To be fair. The place is nice overall, right on the beach and very private beach and ocean, no one but the guest will use it. The aqua park is amazing for all ages. And they have plenty of activities for everyone during the day and night. I recommend it if you really are on a budget!

Bathroom sorely needs updating.

I don't leave reviews very often, so I'm going to do my best to be succinct and clear. I am sorry to say that this is not going to be a very favorable review, but part of the blame does belong to my husband as expectations really do affect perspective. When he said, "This is a really nice place. A 4 Star resort !" I assumed that he mean it was a really nice place. A 4 Star resort. So my expectations were high. I should have done more research. My bad. I would like to start with the positives, because there are a few. This wasn't the worst place I've had to stay in, and I truly want to be realistic in the pictures I paint. Firstly, for the most part the staff was efficient, and professional. There were always staff actively maintaining and cleaning the premises. Most everyone was polite, and made an effort to make us as comfortable as possible. The pool, and next door water park are certainly the highlights for the kids- (I was bored.) In addition to only being a few steps from the Caribbean waters, and white sand beaches. The drinks are all inclusive. Whether it's coffee, tea, sodas, cocktails, wine, or even sparkling wine, all of that is included in the AI price. The quality is middle of the road, and about what you'd expect for a family friendly resort. Ice+flavored corn syrup+alcohol. Just be prepared to tip your bartenders and waiters. We were happy to as we felt we received fair service. The food was not bad. It wasn't good either. It was your standard buffet fair. If you like ballpark quality nachos, spaghetti, and rice on a daily basis then this is your place. It definitely caters to children and families of small children. For a traveling family it is a huge relief to know that your children are enjoying themselves, so I was happy to see them happy. Also, none of us experienced any food sickness, or food poisoning. I must admit that was one of my concerns. Turns out it was unfounded. Here is where my gripes come in: this is definitely an older resort. The wear and tear is apparent, and while the staff does work hard to keep it clean and orderly, the age of the place is definitely showing. The rooms are tiled, and the doors are thin. Sound carries, especially on the weekends. You cannot avoid the noise of partiers as they revel up and down the open air hallways outside your door till all hours of the night. Calling the front office staff to request that quiet be observed after 10:00 p.m. did us little good. The children complained mostly in the evenings about how loud it was and how tired they were. The beds were fairly comfortable, but on the hard side, and the shower worked properly, although in need of an update. If it wasn't for the fact that it was so loud I would say that it was a comfortable place to sleep, but to spend as little time in your room as possible. If you're at the pool, then you're probably happy enough. I just never looked forward to going back to my room at the end of the day. The concierge, and excursion planning office was a bit of a nuisance. We felt stalked for a few days as we would walk down through the lobby. They were constantly trying to sell us on some excursion that included us attending an hour and a half long seminar on exciting opportunities to invest in. After the third time that I refused they finally left us alone. We ended up independently planning our own excursions without the assistance of their services. I understand that they are trying to generate business, but this experience was all together very unpleasant. There seems to be a lot of disorganization and miscommunication around event planning. We would frequently be given inconsistent information about meals, and events being held on the premises. But I think this is easily remedied with better communication throughout staff. It was just a little frustrating for us to find out the correct information last minute. We stayed for eight nights, which felt rather excessive. I'd say 3 to 5 nights is doable. Just be sure you are realistic about your expectations. If your children are able to sleep, I think they will enjoy themselves. I would not recommend this place for a couple without children who expects quality food and beverages, and luxurious rooming conditions. There is nothing luxurious about this place. Clean? Yes. Family friendly? Yes. Quality? I am sorry, but that's a no.

I don't even know where to begin so let me try to go step by step Beach: VERY WELL MAINTAINED. The rooms in the main building are Steps from the beach. Staff rake up the seaweed and keep the beach clean throughout the day. Private Pool: Perfect for families with children. Safe. Lifeguard was on duty all day. Water activities like pool soccer, basketball and surfing were offered by staff during the day. Also poolside trivia etc. Bar stayed open and active until 10 or 11 pm Rooms were comfortable. I did not have any issues. Air conditioner worked, The hot water worked. TV worked (after I figured out how to change the audio to english lol) I am a vegan so I was very nervous about food ... and again they came thru. One dining hall. Options for everyone. Very friendly service. Clean etc Waterpark: Very good for kids. Safe clean and a lifeguard is on duty too. It is as described, pics and all. The bar is open over there too. ONE DOWNSIDE When booking you would not know that this property is HUGE. I stayed in a suite on the "main side" with the dining hall; across the street has the standard rooms, waterpark, small pool and basketball court. I HIGHLY recommend this resort for families especially with children!!

Scared kids from the inappropriate movie at the kids club!

We travel often & have an understanding that we are in Mexico, but this place was HORRIBLE We were here 7 days/ 4 suites/ 13 people and we are RCI members & time share owners. Everything was paid in 6 months advance. First of all- the one place you can eat is the buffet due to covid, unless you have a reservation for their one restaurant "Osters" so we made a reservation 3 times, all 3 times the restaurant was closed. We started to joke the restaurant didn't exist. The food at the BUFFET is bland, basic & service is inconsistent. I hated the food. I lived off the oatmeal (which was good) We primarily booked this resort for the WATERPARK It's across the street far from the main pool. The MAIN POOL very small, run down. The one time the KIDS CLUB was open they played an inappropriate Halloween movie "the witches" I'm all about Halloween and let my kids watch more than most- but this was so scary we left with all 6 kids crying. The LAUNDRY service is a joke. The excursion salesman was hassling me and I had to ask him to get out of my face. The BEACH is pretty but not for swimming it's only 2 feet deep. It's far from everything WIFI doesn't work at all Even on the last day we waited 45 minutes for our provided transportation, they eventually had to order us a taxi because once again, that was non existent. Oh and to top it all off, they are trying to charge us for extra days when everything was paid in advance! We have to dispute with our credit card company!

Having Visited Cancun Several times I had the pleasure of meeting the best Bartender around. Here in the swimming pool bar at the All Ritmo Hotel. "Pedro Rocks" made the trip with my group all the better. I have never had drinks so flavorful. I'll be back... All the staff I encountered were not just friendly but willing to go the extra mile in making my stay the best they possibly could. Including Christian and Alex in the Cafeteria. Awesome Job Guys.

Lisa L.

I would not recommend staying here. It looks nice in the pictures but, the beds were hard, the sheets were stained, the shower water came out brown, and the food wasn't great. The only good thing I can say is that the staff was very friendly. I definitely won't be going back

All Ritmo was a wonderful place to stay at for our family vacation. The entire staff was amazing! Alejandro, Juan, Hugo, Angel, Gerry, and Armando were very accommodating with our bags, drinks, food, and directions. Elena did a wonderful job on my massage on the beach. The entertainment staff, Camila, Manu, and Pepe Boy kept the fun at the pool going all day, the water sports readily available, yoga and water Aerobics challenging, and the night shows spectacular! Although the facility is outdated the food was great, the staff amazing, the entertainment wonderful, and the beach was very clean and amazing! I would highly recommend this resort!

If I could give it no stars I would! This place is a joke I'm currently staying here and the staff is very rude even if you tip them! We wanted to go out for the night and the hotel people called cabs only for us to find out that they close all places at 11 after we paid for cabs because they don't offer shuttles from their hotel. The hotel could of informed us of the situation but instead they only thought about "their cut". I'm a first timer to staying at an all inclusive hotel but this is not it! The room was horrible. People here were horrible! To top it off they ask for you to recycle towels so they can save water and soap! Who asks that for the price I paid I would expect clean linens for my stay. I don't ever write reviews but please please don't spend a dime at this place it's really not worth it. My room is disgusting and my families as well. The beds are hard as rock, and we only get three channels on our tv when supposedly they offer more!

I felt safe, cared for, valued and respected. 2 days of treatments at the spa were top notch. Amazing service by Eduardo, Juan, Leslie, Carmen, Denise, and Alberto. Some people say the treatments are expensive but I found that they were comparable to any nice, luxurious and exclusive day spa I have ever been to. It was worth every penny. Tons of pools and activities. I did not have to worry about finding seating. Moises at the Excellence Club pool was absolutely outstanding. He is legend around here and I can see why. Most days were spent at the beach, meditating and relaxing. I have never been taken care of better than I was by Ivan and Jorge. They were outstanding gentlemen and treated me very well and ensured I had a great week. Hibachi dinner was excellent. Rosy and Gerardo were so much fun. Food was fantastic. Erika at Aroma was a pleasure to see each night as I got a warm drink and tea to settle down for the evening. Overall, an absolutely great experience. I will definitely be booking another trip for next year.

The taco truck is great but doesn't open until 4pm.. a little late for lunch. I don't want fries/hotdog/burger/nachos for lunch. The Linux buffet was great, but it would've been nice to have a salad or tacos by the pool. Loved the shows and trivia every night! Can't wait to go back.

To be honest, we can't imagine spending New Year's Eve anywhere else. Both times have been absolutely fantastic; the team didn't skip a beat. The resort is stunning and impeccably maintained, but what truly makes this place a gem is its incredible team and vibrant atmosphere. Entertainment The entertainment is top-notch, with a variety of high-energy performances each night. We were absolutely blown away by the Freddie Mercury tribute act. The resemblance was uncanny, and his energy was simply amazing--he had the whole place rocking! It's shows like that that make the evenings so memorable. The Heart of the Resort: The Staff As wonderful as the resort itself is, the staff are the real reason we started planning our next trip back before we even left. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and are the key to the entire experience. We spent most of our days at the Excellence Club pool, and our waiter, Floricel, was a true standout. He was wildly attentive and responsive, ensuring our glasses were never empty. He didn't just take orders; he helped us discover the most incredible new drinks and his fun, engaging personality truly made our days by the pool so much more enjoyable. Our concierges, Edgar and David, were unbelievably helpful. From the moment we arrived, they helped us navigate our time at the resort, making reservations and ensuring every detail was handled. Having a dedicated concierge team like them is so important; they remove all the stress of planning and make you feel completely prioritized and cared for throughout your entire stay. We truly felt like their only guests. We also have to give a shout-out to Cesar at the lobby bar. We were so impressed that he recognized us from our previous trip, and of course, we remembered him! He is exceptionally attentive, and man, that guy is fast. He's a true professional. Last but certainly not least, a special mention goes to the man running the pizza oven at the main pool. He deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for his craft. He was just killing it all day, every day, serving up perfect pizzas with a smile. It's this level of service and genuine warmth from the staff that makes Excellence Playa Mujeres feel like a home away from home. We came back home so refreshed and can't wait to return.

Excellence Club: The upgrade gives you perks that, in my opinion, are worth the splurge. You get a private beach area, a private pool, exclusive access to the Magna restaurant, and a lounge bar. In your room, they add fresh flowers, sparkling wine, and an upgraded mini bar. You also get a different room service menu and a hydrotherapy session per person. Staff: Absolutely every staff member gave us phenomenal service. Many returning guests said the staff is why they came back. Some other resorts are more technologically advanced, but Excellence is top tier for its service. Someone is always checking in, and anything you need is taken care of right away. Pools/Beach: There are several pools, including a main pool with a swim-up bar. I called this the party area because it has music and afternoon activities/games. My favorite spot to lounge was near the "lazy river" across from the ping pong and billiards. This area is quieter, and they also have some day beds available. People get up EARLY to save the day beds and the lounge chairs. One morning, I headed down just before 8 AM, and there were only two day beds left. People leave towels, bags, or books to save space. The resort does not allow this, but it's difficult to enforce because you can't tell if someone is away swimming or grabbing a snack somewhere. Be a nice human, and don't save a space for three hours while you're up in your room sleeping. The beach also has a lot of lounge chairs and day beds. I've visited the beach in the morning and in the afternoon around 1 PM and was able to snag a lounge chair. Both pool and beach areas are very well attended! There is someone going around every 10 - 20 minutes checking in on you to see if you need water, drinks, or food. Restaurants/Food: It is impossible to absolutely kill all food categories at a resort. I'm going to be honest, the American food was not it. I wasn't a fan of cheeseburgers, wings, or pizza. However, there were some restaurants and food items that stood out to me. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with the Kitchen Table. It's a brunch buffet, and my go-to was the made-to-order omelets, chilaquiles, and French toast. The freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing, AND be sure to order a cappuccino instead of their regular coffee. For lunch, I highly recommend the fish tacos at Lobster House or the agua chiles and the crunchy salmon tacos from Olas. You get a great view of the beach while you eat, and it's a great vibe. One of our favorite dinners was the interactive dining at Spice. This does require a reservation, and I recommend making this reservation when you check in. It's a teppanyaki-style dinner, and you're in a separate room with 10 people total. It's very intimate, and all the courses were delicious. Our favorite post-dinner hangout was at the Sports Bar. They have a small pool table and will likely have a game that you're looking to catch while you enjoy a beer or cocktail. Aroma was our go-to for our morning coffee and our nightly ice cream scoop before heading to our room. Their iced hazelnut coffee was excellent, and I loved their lemon sorbet. You also cannot go wrong with the 24/7 room service. Experiences/Show: Download the Excellence Collection app. You'll use it every day for entertainment schedules and restaurant menus and dress codes. There are daily fitness offerings like yoga, pickleball, volleyball, or Zumba and activities like Sip Wine & Paint and Cantarito painting on the beach. Some events have limited spots, so arrive early. Every Thursday is the Mexican Fiesta with mariachi and a huge buffet (and a ton of margaritas), so it's a great time. Shows we loved were the Burlesque, Elegance Circo, and the Magic Show. Seasons Transfer: If you stay 7 days, you get a free airport pick-up and drop-off. Seasons provided great instructions, and finding our driver was easy. The vehicle was comfortable with room for six. Our return trip felt hectic because of an accident that caused major traffic. We still made the flight, but I recommend requesting an earlier pick-up time just in case. Junior Suite: I still think about this bed. I took a picture of the mattress brand because I want one at home. The pillows were perfect, and they gave us four. The couch wasn't comfortable, and the TV options were limited. I wish there was a Netflix login option. I'm hoping this is part of the hotel renovation. There's a tub near the window we didn't use, but it was a nice option. The ocean-view balcony was 10/10. The bathroom has a glass door, so not super private, but the shower was huge with a rainfall head. Closet space was great, and the robes and slippers got daily use. Overall, I was very happy with our stay. It's worth the money, and I felt like I was in an episode of White Lotus when they greeted us with champagne.

Unfortunately, for the past two years, our experiences have declined significantly. The hotel no longer maintains the level of service and standards we once loved. The atmosphere feels different, the staff are not as welcoming, and there is a noticeable lack of attentiveness and care. During this stay, we had a particularly unpleasant two-day experience at the beach regarding the setup of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rather than going into every detail, I will simply say the situation was handled poorly and left us very disappointed. What was most upsetting was that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue or make up for the inconvenience. Even after speaking with Guest Relations, who mentioned contacting the General Manager, nothing improved the following day. No accommodation or gesture was offered, which was surprising given the hotel's luxury positioning. It is also noticeable that the property feels quite empty during weekdays, except on special occasions or long weekends. Even then, the warmth and hospitality we once associated with this hotel seem to be missing. That said, I want to sincerely recognize Valenzo, who served us daily. He was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. We never had to ask for anything, he would notice small details, like refilling ice before we even realized it was melting. His service was outstanding and he truly tried to make our stay better. Thank you, Valenzo. You made a difference. It is genuinely sad to see a place that once meant so much to us lose its standard. We hope management takes guest feedback seriously and invests in retraining staff to restore the level of service this property was once known for.

Our luggage was immediately checked in and we were able to check in even arriving early around 11 am. Our particular room was ready and we checked and our luggage was promptly dropped off. We stayed in an oceanfront room which had a beautiful view with a seating area inside and on the balcony. The room and bathroom were very clean and well stocked. I like the aromatherapy touch in the resort and in our rooms being able to choose which scent you wanted was very nice. I loved the separation of the toilet and shower by a wall and doors for privacy when using either. The water pressure and water temperature in the shower was great although there was some water draining from the shower during use. We would generally put a foot towel down to contain the water. The room was serviced twice daily so we were never without towels, etc. I also utilized the laundry service which was reasonably priced for three pieces of clothing and it was returned the next day. The staff was generally very courteous and helpful (we only had one less than courteous experience with a waiter at the Hidden Garden on our last evening). The food at the restaurants and by the beach and pool area was great - I cannot say enough about the fresh fruit and the grilled ribs and chicken so well seasoned and cooked with flavor. We ate daily in Siete for breakfast (the smoothie station you will need to go to first because it fills up because the smoothies are sooo good). We also dined at Hidden Garden where I enjoyed Indian cuisine which was delicious (but a small portion). All inclusive so it was nice not having to continually carry payment and only the gratuity needed for the staff. The last two mornings of our stay there appeared to be construction in the room next door or our floor which was disturbing - we did alert the front desk staff and it would generally stop around a certain time. Getting beds and chairs at the beach was generally easy but for the pool it was the hunger games usually having to place towels or bags on chairs early to 'reserve' them (there are no reservations for chairs only for the larger cabanas for an additional fee) We also experienced the spa which was amazing. Highly recommend visiting during your stay. The spa ritual is so relaxing and the couples massage in a combined room was great. Would definitely stay again. $$$

Unfortunately pools were shutdown by 7. There were multiple restaurant/food options. Drinks were everywhere! There was also drink service at the pools. Room service was included and mini fridge restocked everyday. Tipping was not expected here, but they did accept pesos / US dollars. Overall an amazing experience. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is a great place to start.

Secrets is an adults-only resort, so you wouldn't see any kids running around. We were there for a week, and it was a really nice and relaxing time. It was a really nice adult vacation where all you do is eat and drink. Also, the resort offers activities you can join, but some require advance sign-up, which you can do through the app or your building's concierge. There were a good number of restaurants that you could go to. And there was a good number of bars as well. The staff was really nice and frendly always greeting you and making sure that you are okay. One downside is that if you want to lie at the beach, you will need to get there early to get a chair. A majority of the time, we were at the quiet pool, where people would just be doing their own thing, such as reading a book, on their phone, or just taking a nap. Some people would go into the pool from time to time. But definitely more relaxing.

The staff treats you like family while still delivering top tier luxury. The drinks? Top of the line. Not watered down, not basic real quality liquor, crafted cocktails, and premium options everywhere you go. The food was consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and restaurant quality at every spot on the property. No "typical all-inclusive" shortcuts here everything tasted made to order. And the ambiance... unbeatable. The architecture, the art inspired design, the infinity pools, the beach views it seriously feels like heaven on earth. Every corner of the resort is peaceful, clean, and stunning. Honestly, it's the kind of place that makes you think about going back every single day after you leave. 5 stars isn't enough.

I even noted my birthday on the reservation and mentioned it to my butler the day of. Unfortunately, my birthday came and went with nothing. Only after I complained did decorations appear the following day along with an opportunity for a free spa massage in exchange for listening to a 90 min sales pitch. After such a missed opportunity with the birthday decor, I should've known it was going downhill from here. After the presentation that ended up being 3 hours not 90 mins, I signed up the the Inspira vacation membership but changed my mind the following day. I submitted a cancellation request for the membership within the contract's grace period and received no response until after that period had passed. It's says a lot about the character of a brand when a company is highly responsive during the sales process but far less responsive when a customer exercises their contractual rights. Also, Maria Dolores wasn't great. It was actually a 5/10. The other restaurants on property have way better food. After this experience, I will NEVER return.

We set our expectations high for this place considering all the reviews/ratings on Trip Advisor,…read moreGoogle, Facebook, and Yelp. Adults only, couples only, all-inclusive resort - that's a big yes! We hadn't been to a resort in a long time and were very stoked for our visit in August 2025. As is the standard for the Excellence brand of resorts - the staff greeted us warmly and professionally. Instantly, our needs were taken care of - the room wasn't ready, but we were provided with an opportunity to change and immediately take advantage of our stay. The size of the resort initially threw us off - it is much smaller than your typical resort, but it also caters to a smaller crowd for (their words) "a boutique experience." It seemed dead until we got close to the beach area and the swim-up bar. This is where the people hang out. Dinner at El Mar our first night was amazing - excellent seafood (check out the pics) and service. We ate twice each at Lupita Steakhouse and La Isla. Unfortunately, the hotel kept changing the schedule of which restaurant would be open what night. This threw off our dinner plans more than once, and we spent more time at La Isla (with the least exciting menu) getting eaten by mosquitoes than we cared for. During our stay, the beach snacks menu also changed. It went from a delicious two-page menu to a sad one-pager; gross nachos and hot dogs, anyone? Online, people went on full-on rants about this. It turns out the menus across all the Excellence resorts are being stream-lined to the new executive chef's "vision." Some people, from what I read online, are now considering cancelling their reservations, not wanting to fly all the way here for waffles and burgers. On top of the rebranding, the hotel is also undergoing renovations to bring it up to modern times. We thought our room was beautiful, but it was a tad outdated. For customer service, though - the Excellence brand will not settle for less than, well, excellence. All of our interactions with staff at all levels was top-notch. Because of the vibe here - we didn't talk to anyone but hotel staff for four whole days. Staff shout-outs: Denise, Luis, Fernando and Fabiola at the beach; Octavio and Bernice at the spa; Andrea, Aina, and Alexander at guest services; Pasquale, Alex, and Elvis at pool side; Cirilo and Vanya at El Mar, Brenda at La Isla, and Alberto and Barbra at Lupita. Fantastic job, everyone! Vibe: 5/5. Food: 3/5. Room: 4/5. Customer service: 10/10!!!!!

The morning breakfast buffet at Le Bisou has an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and sushi. The morning breakfast buffet at Isla Trattoria offers more traditional Mexican dishes. The cabana rentals are only $60 for the entire day and come with a coconut drink, mimosa bar, and fresh fruits. We will be back!!!

I was not approached by anyone offering to sell me anything or attend presentations. Staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. There's a main pool and a quiet pool. So you have an option where you want to be based on your interest. Night shows were great with some fantastic performers. I wish that there was more Mexican themed shows or music but I guess they try to accommodate that the majority of guests were from Canada and USA. Some of the restaurants rotate being open for dinner. Your best bet is to make reservations ahead of time. You can always show up but might have to wait depending on the time. Overall food was good. Drinks were ok but as a social drinker, I wasn't impressed with my 1-2 drinks/day during my stay. I think I had one drink that I found really good. Beach area is not private and you might have people approach you to sell you stuff or services. A polite "no, thank you" works great. Location and proximity to 5th Avenue made it a great place to explore the area. Although filled with tourists, you also get some local interactions. I would come back to this resort in the future.

Ownership has changed, and this property is now known as Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen…read more My boyfriend planned the trip, and my only request was an all-inclusive resort. While the property has a lot of potential, it ultimately missed the mark, especially for a resort of this size. The biggest issue was the constant selling. I understand upselling is part of the business, but having to say no repeatedly throughout the stay was exhausting. Even after interacting with the same staff members multiple times, nearly every conversation felt like a sales pitch. We also received early morning calls to the room for non-urgent matters and promotions, which was disruptive and frustrating. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, there were frequent pushes to upgrade to higher-end alcohol, exclusive experiences, and add-ons. I would much rather pay more upfront for a truly inclusive experience than feel harassed during my vacation. It really affected the overall vibe of the trip. The food was average and not memorable. The highlight was the coffee shop, which was open most of the day and consistently good. Poolside dining is very limited. You cannot casually order snacks like chips and guacamole while at the pool and instead have to go to one of the restaurants. Also be cautious with food near the pool, as wildlife grabbed my pizza while I was sitting there. Overall, this resort could be great, but the aggressive upselling, average food, and limited poolside service made it disappointing for an all-inclusive experience.
