It got to the point where it was getting hard to get into the house through that door. We called Pike Pest in Zebulon and they were out to solve the problem the next day. TJ and his sister came out in their bee suits and loaded the planter into their truck. The yellow jackets were everywhere. The cat was jumping at the window trying to get into the act. They sprayed the area for residual insects and said to stay clear for a few hours. They also said they would check in after a day or so to see if all was OK. You couldn't ask for better service. It's so nice to see people who can still do a great job in todays times! Oh yes, and the price was right too.

I called in the pros, and I was not disappointed. Austin (who is truly a god among men) handled the extraction without a lot of fuss, and without injuring the raccoons, who were just looking for a dry place to conduct their clandestine trysts and never wanted to be stuck in my storage room. I would recommend ACE to anyone under unexpected wildlife siege.

I found R Fulton on Yelp this morning and gave them a call (even though I am usually skeptical of using service companies who do not already have reviews). Mr. Roderick Fulton answered the phone himself and said that he could have somebody at the house within a few hours. His serviceman, Al, called before he arrived and showed up promptly at the scheduled time at 11:00. At first Al thought the problem might be that inducer motor for the furnace needed replacing, but when he got up into the attic, he found that the motor had just gotten stuck and needed to be dislodged. He had the heat up and running in less than an hour! I am so appreciative of Al's honesty and professionalism. It reflects well on Mr. Fulton's company. (He easily could have told me that it was in fact a bad inducer motor or some other more costly problem). I am happy to leave R Fulton their first Yelp review. Definitely earned 5 stars! Thanks to you both!
