The team completed their work, removing the old insulation, patching the gable vents, and covering the air handler, in a professional manner. They cleaned up after themselves too, and did no damage to the property. We live on a fairly busy street that leads into Carrollton. There is a constant stream of traffic , trucks, motorbikes, etc. With the old, such as it was, insulation you could hear pretty much everything. Since having this product applied it is almost like living in the country. We love it. Our heating and cooling bills are also reasonable considering this house was built in 1947. My overall experience with Right-Hand Roofing in Bremen, GA was wonderful! The job was done…read moreexceptionally well, and my new roof looks amazing. I opened a claim through my insurance company, and RHR was at my house in less than 7 days. They replaced my gutters and upgraded my shingles, and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and professional. Michael and Zach were the two folks I had the pleasure of working with, and they made the entire process smooth. After the work was completed, I had some difficulty getting the checks from my insurance company, but RHR was patient while I sorted it out. Even during my confusion with the fact that I owed them all insurance proceeds--including supplements and depreciation--they were very pleasant to work with and took the time to help me understand the process and the legality behind the contract I signed. A few days after completion, we began finding roofing nails in the yard. RHR quickly returned with the "mother of all magnets" to sweep the property, which I greatly appreciated. We did have a small misunderstanding regarding the money owed based on the contract, but it was resolved quickly. One important tip for future customers: be aware that all supplemental checks, including depreciation payments from your insurance, go directly to Right-Hand Roofing--regardless of the agreed-upon amount in your contract. Ultimately, the payments are agreed upon between RHR and your insurance company. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness were top-notch. They truly did an AWESOME job!
