Luis was on time, polite, put shoe covers on when he came into the house, evaluated my slow bathroom drains, checked kitchen drains, and made me aware of what could be done. Recently, our water heater clunked out and we called All Pro first for an estimate to replace it. They did not come in a timely manner, so we called several other companies for estimates. All the other companies came and gave estimates and finally All Pro called to say they were coming the next day but never showed up or called. We obviously went with another company and are very pleased with their service. The part that really ticked us off, is today in the mail, All Pro sends us a Gift Card to use to get a $100.00 discount on a water heater replacement! Did they think we could go 2 weeks with no hot water? Do they honestly think we would even consider using them after they blew us off? What a nerve !!! read more

I needed a new supply line & shut off valve installed for the ice maker to my new refrigerator so I called All Pro Plumbing, Heating/Air & Electrical. Ray Linares came out, as scheduled & on time, to complete the job. He crawled under the house, hooked up the new line, drilled up through the floor, then installed the new shut off valve behind the fridge. He cleaned up after himself & finished the job in less than 2 hours. He did it all with a smile on his face. He was professional, friendly & an exemplary employee for All Pro Plumbing. Steer very clear! This company is scam. They state it is a free estimate will then charge for a supposed. They came and supposedly did work and charged $1,700+ for something that was supposed to be an easy simple and fast fix. A day later a leak started from the ceiling damaging my washer and completely ruining it I call them out again and now they quoted $20,000 and refused to refund me or fix the issue. Why quote $1700 then state it will be $20,000 instead? I kept calling for a supervisor and one never called me back. After many attempts I informed them if a supervisor did not call me back I would be forced to file a charge back and that they are more than welcome to come "undo" whatever they supposedly did. I have to buy a new dryer and call another company to fix my ceiling and the leak. I have pictures and proof of everything they claimed they did but actually didn't do. I filed a chargeback and will be taking them to small claims court. Tired of being hounded by them for money but they refuse to act professionally and get a supervisor involved like I had requested. I recently called All Pro plumbing for a non-emergency plumbing job. Their customer service on the phone and their response time was satisfactory. Unfortunately, after the job was completed, I found out from other plumbing contractors that I was charged about $400 more than I should've been. I was very disappointed to hear this. I spent $1,034.00 to replace an outdoor irrigation shutoff valve, a pressure regulator, and two hose bibs. Other plumbers that I spoke to said that I should have only been charged around $650. I don't have a problem with the workmanship, but it bothers me to know that I was overcharged. Use caution when agreeing to their quote, especially when it isn't an emergency. read more

On November 1, 2023, I called AllPro Plumbing in Ontario, CA for a major water leak in my home. They came out and did the work that was needed to fix the leak. Before they left they gave me an invoice and had me sign a contract and a Loan application to pay for the work. I was confused about this but thought that was their new practice. To this date I have been paying the Loan Co. $115.00 a month. I sent a copy of the invoice for work done to my insurance company for help with the cost of the service. My insurance adjuster contacted AllPro for a breakdown of the invoice so they could determine the amount insurance could pay. AllPro has refused repeatedly to give my insurance company and me a breakdown of the invoice. They say "it's not their practice" so in other words words "screw you customer" we don't have to do anything to help you, you're on your own! I have never had this type of a problem with any other company I've had dealings with, to me it's just lazyness! I will no longer have any future dealings with AllPro for anything ever again. What an excellent experience I had with this company! I had them come out and check my air conditioner that stopped working. Not only was the agent I spoke to super helpful (I wish I knew his name), but they came out on the same day within an hour of my call. The technician that came out was super professional and worked quickly. They gave me super fair pricing when I had been quoted almost three times the amount by Next Gen Air. Overall, it was an excellent experience working with this company and I would recommend them hands down. read more

Given that this is a pretty big plumbing company, I understand that it could be extremely busy at times. Our experience was subpar. The first technician that came out just had a brief look, nothing in depth and told us we needed to run a camera to see what's leaking. He called for the camera guy because apparently that's a different technician. Camera guy shows up and the pipes are clogged so he couldn't get that camera in. Time for a pipe cleaning. But again, he didn't do that job, so we wait for now our 3rd technician. At this point we are on day 2 and finally get the technician that specializes in cleaning pipes. He did his job and was very proficient but now we wait for the camera guy to show up again. Do you catch what I'm saying here? Lol. It's just frustrating that not one person could do the whole job. We had to wait for different technicians every time and it ended up taking two days just for them to give us a ridiculously overpriced estimate. Let's just say, it was the price of a car! Bonkers! Aside from that being the main issue we had, our technicians from the very first one, to the third one, were so super nice and they were able to explain everything to my parents in a way they'd understand, since English is their second language. read more

I had a clog Friday morning and they were able to have Luis P. come out and take care of my clog and leaky shut off valve on Sunday. He saved the day and helped me with identifying another leak in my kitchen which will be getting fixed on Monday. Long story short, I'm also getting a new water heater to replace my classic one by them as well. I got a whole new AC system 3 years ago and bought the warrant. Goettl was the company that sold and installed the unit at my residenc. Goettl sold to All Pro and apparently All Pro won't honor the warranty so I pretty much wasted my money with no direction on who to call to get serviced for a covered warranty. It makes no sense because I paid $14,000 and All pro wants to charge me $1400 to fix a leak. read more

Please don't use this company. They are a rip off. They will go up and look at your air-conditioning and tell you that there's 15 different things wrong with it and there isn't. I had another guy come out and he found the problem right away. Worked on my thermostat worked on my air conditioner to make sure this guy that came out from pro Air conditioning didn't even look at my thermostat looked at my filter and that was it and told me all kinds of things that were wrong with my air conditioner and then to get them to come back out is impossible they make an appointment they never show they don't call you to let you know they're not coming over. They just ignore you and when you call, they are so sweet and oh I will do this. I will do that. They never follow through with anything. I had an appointment on a Sunday for an air conditioner tune up. They give you a four hour window for appointment. Two hours of waiting then the dispatcher called and said tech had to leave for an emergency. We rescheduled for the for the next weekend. The tech showed up and said he couldn't get a good read on the Freon as it was too cold outside. We rescheduled for a third time the following weekend. Another two hour wait for dispatcher to call and say they couldn't make it again. I was mad so I asked to speak to manager and was told the quality control manager would call me back within 48 hours. It's been three days and still no call. Terrible customer service and will never use this company again. read more

My mother's water heater quit working. She called them out and I listened and observed. By the time the representative was done with his sales pitch, the bill was $3800. Probably the most expensive residential replacement in history. I just replaced mine last September and it was $1600. He was also trying to sell us a maintenance contract for $290 per year. He was a clean salesman and didn't look like he did any work. When the salesman left, we called, One Stop Plumbers and a rep was there in 30 minutes doing the job with the same water heater for $2673. read more

I called electrician. Jacob Terry came. We had a hard wire smoke alarm problem. All going off for three days. Eight alarms with eleven foot ceilings. He checked all smoke alarms, checked wires and changed all batteries. Answered all questions, so this will not happen again. He also checked our electric box. Terrible. This company does not care one bit and will waste your time and money. We were selling our house and needed a repair on our heater and called all pro for an estimate a month before our closing date. The technician said it would be a simple fix and he just needed to order the parts. Our next appointment was scheduled and the part had still not arrived but the dispatch would not tell us that. They kept scheduling our appointments and by the time the 12-4 window had passed, we had to reach out to them to see why he hasn't arrived. Twice they told us he got a flat tire and then the next week they told us he was out sick the entire week. They stood us up about 6 times before he finally showed up just to say the part didn't arrive and he ended up shutting off our entire AC system without telling us. We went about a week without AC during the hot summer (also 6 months pregnant packing up my house) and couldn't get this technician back out to fix it. After many days of PTO wasted to be at home for them to just stand us up again he finally came back and said oops I must have accidentally shut the AC off last time and the part STILL HASNT arrived. At this point it was time for us to move out and our buyers to move in. Almost a month after we've been out of the house All Pro has also wasted the new homeowners time by standing them up for multiple appointments and giving everyone the run around. We finally had the heater fixed within a week with another company. Bottom line is don't waste your time with this company. The customer service dispatch is useless and will never give you the truth nor transfer you to a manager that can explain what's going on. The only 24/7 service they offer is the useless customer service. They will have you waiting and guessing if they will actually arrive and waste months of your time for something that could've been fixed in a week. Seriously worst experience of my life. Our air conditioning system was evaluated by All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC, who assured us that the infrastructure was sound and only the A/C unit itself needed replacement. Following their recommendation, we purchased a new system, which was installed on March 25. We rarely used the A/C until August due to our limited time at home. To our profound disappointment, the new unit failed to cool the house effectively. It would start at 92 degrees at 3 p.m. and run all day, only reaching 82 degrees by 11 p.m. We contacted All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC on September 9 to address the issue. Their technician attributed the problem to our duct system. However, based on their initial assessment, the duct system was in good condition. If there was a problem with the ducts, it should have been identified before the installation. Installing an A/C unit with problematic ducts is like putting a new engine in a car with a bad transmission and expecting it to work; it's irrational. After spending tens of thousands of dollars on this system, it's unacceptable that it's not functioning correctly. All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC either overlooked the duct issue or is trying to take advantage of us, possibly because we are seniors. Our experience with All Pro Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical LLC has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We called for a noise coming from our tub when the toilet was flushed. Shon Jordan, the technician, was very friendly, courteous, professional, and honest. He checked all the barhroom pipes, found only some hair in the tub drain. Snaked it preventing a possible clog later. Offered a maintenance membership which covered the work he did and any future calls. The price was less than we had expected to pay. We also had an HVAC technician, Daniel, come out to move our thermostat. He gave us a couple of options and pricing for each. We decided to hold off. We weren't charged for the call. Requested a free quote for HVAC system installation on Lowe's website and it connected us to All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical on 10/3/24. I got a call from them right away to schedule a meeting with Anthony Edwards (Comfort Advisor). He met with us that same day. Their turn-time is outstanding! Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detail-oriented. He inspected our old HVAC system (23 years old) in the attic and in the backyard before he presented 4 new HVAC system package options. He respected our choice and did not push us towards any of the options. Love that! He thoroughly laid out the differences between the option and the costs, and let us make an informed decision. He's very pleasant to work with. He represented the company very well. On top of that, he was able to schedule the installation of the new HVAC system for the next day. He's amazing! The installation technicians who installed the new HVAC system - Steven and Juan - the very next day were amazing too! They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working. They finished the installation in 1 day despite the heat wave without any complaints. We made sure they were hydrated while they were working, especially when they were up in the attic. They tested the A/C and the heater to make sure they were working before they left. They also installed a new thermostat that came with the option package. Needless to say, very impressive crew and company! The house has been nice and cool since the installation, and the A/C unit has been so much quieter than the old one. The next business day, I got a call from their office to make sure we were satisfied with the work and things are working well. So far, so good! I originally called for a AC tune up, but then was told of this promotional deal for $99 that gave me 4 different tune ups....AC, Heat, Electrical and plumbing. Sounds good I'll do it. First was the AC tune up was scheduled for 12-4pm. He showed up more like 5pm without a call or warning. I had to call 2 times to even find out when my technician would even show up. Their tune up was very questionable, the technician basically just got a garden hose and sprayed the outside fan. I've seen this service done before definitely the laziest one I've seen. Then came his diagnosis, said the blower fan in my AC unit was not working, starter fuse not registering, and a coolant leak. Said he could replace the fuse but it would cost $140 and $1000 to try to use a sealant and it's 50/50 chance it might work. Not very inspiring and I'm glad I didn't do the deal. After the technician left our AC unit seemed to work even worse than before. I called All Pro and they said they'd send someone out in 4 days. The day before our 2nd AC appointment I called to confirm and Brett couldn't give me a straight answer but said "I guess so". The next day my wife took the day off for the technician and 3 hours into us waiting David called me to say they are pushing back all AC maintenance till September....so you want me to go the rest of the summer with poor AC....its still June. I thought being a member I get preferred scheduling? David then said the soonest they could come out was 2 weeks. This is ridiculous right? I then called another AC company and come to find out that the blower in the AC isn't broken and everything is fine and just needed 2lbs of refrigerant and replacement caps for under $300 and now my unit runs great! But wait there is more! So then they called me to schedule the plumbing inspection and we scheduled it 3 weeks ahead. I was hoping this would be a better experience, I was wrong. Again we called the day before to confirm this plumbing inspection and everything was good to go got all the texts and emails. Now it's 3 hours into us waiting and we called them and was told all their plumbing techs have called off so no one is coming. Wow! This place is a joke! You call and confirm your appointment and the day of you can't even get a call to say you're not showing up?? Extremely unprofessional. I asked for a refund on my membership and Ursula said there's nothing she can do. Don't go to All Pro, find a company that won't waste your time and money. I felt useless sitting while a man worked but that's how he was. Richard replaced all the breakers in my box, did light fixtures, and inspected all aspects of my system. Their game is to butter up the customer with compliments, offer to do an inspection, convince the customer that they have a bunch of vulnerabilities in their system, and then charge at least 100% more than other companies charge for the repairs. This company operates in bad faith. I strongly recommend you call someone else. Details below: All Pro Estimate Clear condense lines $476 Compressor assist kit $319.50 hard start 2 capacitors $546 $1341.50 Same recent repairs from three different local companies, all of them excellent (See invoice photos) Bill's Heating and Air: Install two new purge valves AND clean condense lines:$270.51 ALL PRO $476 just to blow air through the lines. Good Quality Heating and Air: Install two hard start compressor assist kits AND two new capacitors: $475 (Based on the above quote, ALL PRO would charge $1,185.00 for the same service.) Alta Rancho AC and Heating: Replaced two capacitors: $257. ALL PRO $546 The only positive is that Austin showed up to our house, on a warm day, within 60 minutes of our making the call. He proceeded to compliment me and basically shmooze me. This already raised concerns. The call was for a simple procedure, to purge the condensation drains on two units. We have purge valves so all that is needed is to hook up a compressed air tank and blow out the lines. Austin quoted me a price of $476 for this. (In 2020, Bill's Heating and Air, an excellent company, installed BRAND NEW PURGE VALVES in both our drain lines AND purged both lines and cleaned all our filters for $270.51.) When I balked at the ALL PRO "price," Austin told me he would clear just the one that was backed up for $250. Before all of the above, Austin also offered to inspect our units for vulnerabilities. He came back to the door and rapidly flashed through a bunch of photos on his iPad focusing on one of our compressor assist kits and both of our capacitors. Though these are currently working, he strongly recommended that we replace them. For all of this work, including clearing the lines, Austin gave me an outrageous "estimate" of $1,341.50. I almost laughed him off the property, but realized I was stuck with their $89 service call fee if I did so. I showed him invoices from former repairs to show how ridiculous his prices are. He responded, "Hey, I don't set the prices, and our prices are the going rate." I said, "If your prices are so fair, you won't mind me posting them on Yelp and other review sites." He then became visibly very nervous. He said, "We don't like bad reviews. Would you like my boss to call and discuss with you?" I declined the offer since ALL PRO had already permanently lost my trust. I told Austin to just clear the one line for $250 and take off. After he cleared the line and also cleaned the filters, solely because he was afraid of this review, Austin suddenly reduced the $250 price to $89. After he left, I received a voice mail from some guy named Eric, Austin's "boss?" He seemed interested in preventing this review as well. STAY AWAY FROM ALL PRO! I have included invoices from three different companies, two from 2020 and one from 2017. Yes, we have had about 15% inflation in the past two years. That does not even come close to explaining 100% price gouging. read more

Had All Pro come check our nest unit for our heater as there was delays in turning on. Guy arrived seemed nice, talked about his education and how he is certified in fixing Lennox systems and went into the attic where the unit is. Did his diagnostic and showed us some photos of the state of the unit. A bit dirty, showed some dark spots on evaporator coil, possibly mold or mildew, our scrubber was supposedly not working, claimed dampers switches were not working, said unit was going out. He also did a test on the outside air conditioner unit where the unit and said frion was low and capacitor was going out. After this, said we should get a new entire heat/air unit. Cost was around $25k. We were confused as our home was built new in 2019 and unit is only about 6 years old. We know our unit should have a warranty if it was going out but he never mentioned to try and repair any of the issues he mentioned. To clean the unit was an outrageous $$$$. Only paid $$$ to get the mold/mildew cleaned as our daughter sleeps in the room below the unit as it scared us. We told him we could not buy a new unit at this time but his finance guy was pushy in trying to make us get a new unit. Once he left, we contacted a friend at another company and the came out yesterday. We paid $$ for Tune up which included cleaning some areas of the unit. Unit is working better then before courtesy of the tune up. He was able to fix our scrubber and mentioned to properly diagnose the air unit, it needs to be running or have the fan outside insulated to have proper readings. Will never work with All Pro again as the continously will try to upset you even when you tell them no. read more

Thank you Jacob Terry. I'll start off by saying normally the reviews on Yelp when taken with a grain of salt are a fair barometer of what you can expect. This had me concerned. It seems with these types of services people either love it or hate it not much in-between. I'll say if you go in expecting to pay a big amount your sticker shock won't be so traumatic. Work like this is never cheap when its done well. From watching people do electrical and plumbing there seems to be some degree of leeway between the "working way" and the best way. The customer service is amazing, Jacob Terry made me feel good enough about the service I plan to be getting more work done by him over the next year. My house had no electricity when he came and it was not a simple fix he spent most of the day here but found the issue in the first hour. I watched him work almost the entire time and we talked while he was working, he really knows his stuff, I can't work with electrical anymore due to a heart issue but it's nice to see people like Jacob are on the job. read more
