As for Conrad's painting, He did my entire first floor and it was soot damaged and in very bad shape. There were a few details that I was not happy with. Conrad was more than happy to come back with pleasure and take care of more than a few minor details until I was completely satisfied. He came back twice. Once on a Sunday. I felt like I was being a stickler about details but all he wanted was for me to be happy. He remained a professional gentleman. Here is the final results. We don't know who they subbed the job to but we had paint on our furniture, window treatments, woodwork. Two coats of quality paint were not used. It appeared that one coat of cheaper paint was splashed on. The company was all talk but we had to eat this loss.
