2 years and have been very happy with there service friendly to deal with come when they say they will

They took our money for half down o er 2 weeks ago. I reached out 2-3 times and no response. They sure wanted the 50% down bit when will they ever come get the awning and put on canvas and re-install. Who knows they cannot even return a phone call!!! read more

They have always been efficient, professional and beat the price of other estimates that we got. They did a beautiful job with our awning. I would highly recommend them. read more

Said they couldn't make our awning. Which is funny cause they washed it a few years ago and told us to contact them when we were ready for a replacement. read more

Owner always seems rushed when speaking with him on the phone. He once told me "I have 1300 awnings scheduled to take down". Honestly, I don't care if you have 13,000. I'm a paying customer and I have questions. One of the installers is just not pleasant to deal with. A bit snarky when he's interacted with me. Had to have them come back to fix a curtain panel because the installer wove the ropes in between each other. The panel wouldn't drop down as a result. I would definitely consider other companies who truly value their customers and take the time to address their concerns. read more

VERY PLEASED wit the project All Pro did for us !! This is the second time we have used them and are still very impressed with this business ! The project was done on time and they have great customer service and pricing. Their installation crew is friendly, professional and efficient. We can't say enough good about them and how satisfied we are with the work they did for us ! Thank you ALL PRO !! Diane and Dave M. read more

Quick and responsive to win the job. Then had to chase after them to actually come and install. When a problem with installation was noticed and I called, I didn't heard back. My wife then tried from another number a week later with a sales inquiry and the owner promptly called back. When she explained who she was and the situation, the owner refused to rectify it. We've been ignored since and took our business elsewhere. Avoid All Pro - there's plenty of other options. read more
