Arrived at 12:55pm and were promptly seated. Placed our orders for appetizers and our meals. About 15 minutes a large group came in (approximately 12 or so) - decided to stand around ours & their table instead of sitting down. At 1:26 they delivered our appetizers and my Fernley dog to that group. They questioned why it was given to them, and the server said that the cook said "deliver it". After that, we checked with the hostess and said we needed to pay for our drinks as were leaving. When she asked why, I told her we had been waiting a while, and our food was given to a table hadn't even ordered any food. She then lied and said they had ten orders in back for the exact same thing... REALLY? Gouda mac & cheese bites, cheese curds and a special order Fernley dog? She was irritated because we questioned why they arrived 15 minutes after us, but received "their order" before ours... We will not darken their door with our money again.

We got here about 30 minutes after opening so there wasn't many people. We've been wanting to eat the food for a while and was happy to finally have a meal here! My husband had the fish and chips w/hush puppies (which he said was delicious) and I couldn't decide so I had the small Cesar salad and Philly cheese and fries appetizer. Pretty much everything on the menu was on my naughty list (I rarely eat carbs), but I already know I'll be coming back. Service was fast and our waitress was friendly. We left full and content!

We tried All Points Bar and Grill for the first time this weekend. They are in a new location and from my understanding the menu has changed from the shake they were in. I had the crispy chicken sandwich with fries, my daughter had the fish and chips and my wife had the Philly Cheese Steak. The Philly Cheese Steak had good flavored meat but she was not happy with the mayo on it. We will be back to try again and will update if needed. The atmosphere was bar like with nice decorations on the wall and the service was prompt.

I really liked their new location! Staff were very friendly. Of course the place was busy! But it seemed like the servers had each other's backs. Which is great! It made us feel like we were never forgotten about. I liked that SpongeBob was playing on one TV and sports was on another. My husband got the Gyro and I got a side salad with raspberry vinaigrette. We also shared the Philly Cheesesteak fries. Everything tasted really good, and really fresh.

Y family and I stopped by here on our way to winnemucca because it had such good reviews and it was dinner time. We drives by their old location which was a small quaint place (no seating really) but now their new location is much much bigger. It's so cute, the outside looks like an old saloon. We got sat at a booth instantly and they had cards on the table we played with while we waited for our food. They have a bar inside as well near the back which is nice. They had a couple beers on tap as well as a lot of well drinks and bottles/canned beer. They have burgers, fish n chips, sandwiches, etc. we tried the mushroom burger (super good), fish n chips (also super good) and they had cocktail sauce, malt vinegar and tartar sauce for it and came with a couple hush puppies; we also tried the bacon blue cheese burger and that was great too. The cheese curds are good and you can get home made marinara sauce on the side and they even gave us caramel to try with them which sounds strange but was weirdly good (tasted like waffles with syrup). Overall we ate a lot of heavy food but was all good!

Love everything about this place! My wife and I split a chicken sandwich and a burger and had the garlic Parmesan fries. Fantastic! I think you can probably order anything on the menu and have it end up being amazing! If we lived in Fernley, we'd be here regularly trying to prove that theory! On a pretty day, sit in their outdoor patio and grub down on some amazing burger joint food!!! You won't be sorry! read more

I stopped here a little over a week ago and I'm still thinking about that Veggie Burger and those Garlic Parmesan Fries which were fresh and made to absolute perfection. To top it off, the ladies at the window were so warm and friendly, I genuinely can't say enough good things. I will definitely return to reorder. read more

All Points Grill is awesome place to grab a burger or a sandwich such as the Philly Cheesesteak. This place reminds me of an old fashioned burger stand during my younger days. The staff is friendly and I love the idea of supporting a local business whenever possible. Instead of going to McDonald's, Subway, Burger King, Wendy's or Jack in the Box, All Points Grill has become my go to for a quick bite. read more

So yummy! The food is made as you order! They offer some of the best chili bowls I have ever tasted! The Philly fires are absolutely to die for!!!!! Such a big variety for a little place! Have been hearing such good things about this place.Today was our turn trying. Good ole fashioned grill as far as food. Brings back memories. Crinkle cut fries are salty and amazing and a large single portion. If you're like me, ask for your burger well done. Friendly staff. Definitely great quality of food. Each bite is full of flavor. I ordered a small side of fries but it felt like they gave me an extra large haha I could not finish my fries but they were freshly made and crispy. I ordered the habanero chicken sandwich. It was maybe a 3 out of 5 on my personal Spicy scale. Some bites did have more of a kick but happy how it was so I can enjoy my food The buns they use definitely add flavor to their sandwich. Looking forward to explore more of their menu next time I am out in Fernley. read more

One of our go to places for dinner here in fernley. Amazing burger with fresh quality ingredients. We've only had there burger and fries, so hard to try anything else because the burgers are always on point! We can't rave enough about this place. If you're near by I highly recommend stopping by. We were driving on 80 past Fernley and came across this gem. Really good burgers - well seasoned, crispy on the outside and perfectly done on the inside. I was in the Fern with my son and his fam watching the grandkids baseball games. My son stopped by and got burgers for all of us after the games. Great decision! I happened to be near McDonald's and noticed there were no waits or long lines, so I decided to grab a quick bite. The representative over the speaker was very pleasant, clear, and professional. Once I pulled up to the cashier window, I realized he was also the person who took my order -- and again, he was personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I made sure to let him know he was one of the better interactions I've had at this location. I usually try to avoid this McDonald's because of the lack of customer care I've experienced in the past, so I felt Osvy deserved recognition. He's a great representation of customer service and should definitely work the window more often. Per usual, they had me park and wait for the food, but Aspen was also very pleasant and actually thanked me -- which sadly seems rare nowadays. Usually team members just hand you the food and walk away. Overall, today was one of the better experiences I've had at this location. Great job, Osvy and Aspen!

Didn't take long to order our two breakfasts - two sausage burrito meals with hash brown and drink (we chose Dasani waters because we already had Dutch Bros. drinks with us). In the time we placed our order we saw several cars lining up in the drive thru. Great sign that early in the morning. Looks like this location feeds a fairly steady breakfast crowd. Before we knew it, a smiling young lady brought us our waters and our bag of food. Wife did a quick check, and it was all there and hot. Made our morning. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. We hit the road and made it a great day.

went here, under new ownership- take a fly swatter, their order window is swarming since they dont clean outside-scary- their kinda rude- oh and they believe as did Yvonne that 4---------- count them 4 medium sized- no bigger than 3 inches in diameter makes up an order of Onion Rings and they charge you 4 bucks for that. They will also pull out a tiny pineapple from a can, full of juices, put it on a burger and call it a Hawaiian, thanks for the soggy burger.
