I called into the store and talked to Nathan. Our conversation lasted all of 38 seconds. He answered the phone and said he was busy, I asked if he'd like for me to call back. He responded "No I want you to tell me what you need right now." His tone took me by surprise but I asked my question anyways and he hung up on me. I worked in customer service for 5 years and understand being busy when getting a phone call. However, he was very rude, and didn't have good customer service at all. I won't be shopping there. read more
