I was genuinely shocked to be treated with such a total lack of basic respect during a visit a full hour before the store was scheduled to close. The employees were extremely rude, barking orders in a harsh tone regarding the coffee bar, fitting room, and bathroom. When I tried to step outside for just a second, an employee snapped that if I left, I would not be allowed back in--with a full hour remaining before closing. Staff hovered over me constantly, creating an aggressive atmosphere that made it clear paying customers were viewed as an unwanted inconvenience. To treat customers with this level of open hostility is entirely uncalled for and unacceptable. Management needs to address the severe, systemic lack of professionalism at the Floyd's Knobs location.
