I can't say how much my dog loves going here. We have tried many different kennels over the years but we finally found the perfect place for our little furry guy. He gets so excited when we drop him off. The staff treat each pet with love. YES YOUR DOG HAS TO BE INTERVIEWED BUT THAT IS WHAT MAKE THIS PLACE SO AWESOME! We have never had our dog injured, get sick or any of the problems you see at some other places. Give All Paws a try you won't go anywhere else. Jon waterford read more

We first heard of All Paws Inn through word of mouth. It sounded nice enough so we thought we would try it out with our 15lb Bichon while we vacationed to Europe for 2.5 weeks. Upon entering All Paws Inn, the first thing I noticed was how clean and well taken care of the place was. Even though there were quite a few dogs in there (five or so), the place did not smell like a dog...it just smelled like a normal clean house. There is also a big fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in, which we liked. Prior to using their services, the first thing they needed was to have our dog come over for the day to make sure he was a nice fit and that he got along well with the other animals. This was nice because it showed us that Nellie and Marcia (innkeepers) really took their job seriously and cared about the welfare of all the animals in their care at any one time...it wasn't just about getting the most animals they could. Thankfully our dog passed and we were able to leave him with them while we went on vacation. The care he received while we were away was excellent. When we came to pick our dog up he was happy and jumping around. He came home very tired (we could tell he had gotten a lot of exercise). I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good dog sitter while they go away. We drove all the way from Warren (one hour away) to use their services, and are glad we did. We recently moved to Germany and hope that we can find people that are half as good as All Paws Inn. Best, Shaun C. read more

This place is a Godsend. As a single girl with a fur baby travel for work was made easier with All Paws. Nellie and Marcia treat my name babies as their own. Knowing they are in a bed not a cage own heart warming. I highly recommend this business to any dog owner. read more

I got one of their pamphlets at my groomers. They clearly have been mislead letting them advertise. I am sick and have been in my house with the exception of doctor and dentist appts for the past 2 years. My son wanted to take me to Puerto Rico to get me away from this depressing weather we have had, so I called and spoke to them a few times and emailed them to verify. They said "don't worry, we will hold the dates for you". Then they instructed me of what my dog needed before he could come out. They told me what shots he would need and a fecal test. After I had everything done I called and asked when we could set up a day he could come test to make sure he would adjust. She said, I had to wait so many days for an incubation time and she would call me. I waited for them to call after the "incubation time" was up, and they never called or returned any of my calls or emails. I spent almost $100.00 at the vet. and ended up leaving my dog with my 87 yr old mother. Since they had convinced me I had nothing to worry about, I didn't have time to research any other place I am on a limited income and I wasted money and put my dog through unnecessary shots. This place is unprofessional, and pathetic. I worked for 30 years, and would never have put my clients in this position. Not having the decency to even send an email, or call and say we changed our minds. At the very least giving me time to find another place. I would not make plans with this place. They are not reliable. I know they have pages of reviews, but I wonder who wrote them. This was a huge disappointment. The fact that they are this irresponsible, I wouldn't trust them watching my dog. read more

Love All Paws Inn and the awesome owners! Wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. I have been taking Daisy Duke & Mowgli Baloo there for many years now and have always had a positive experience. My dogs are happy and healthy when I pick them up...I couldn't ask for more!!! read more

All Paws Inn is the best peace of mind I could ever have for my dog! We've been taking our 18 lb. Havanese there for more than 8 years and we would never have been able to go on trips or just overnight or for daycare if it weren't for Marcia and Nellie! Kirby loves going there so much I can't mention their names until we are ready to walk out the door because he barks and yips and can't wait to get in the car! He is so excited to see them, he pulls me up the walk!! They are attentive to anything going on with my dog and give every animal the same personal attention and love that they give to their own dogs. Besides how wonderfully they treat my dog, they are also great people who are caring and attentive to their "human" clients as well! Truly a unique environment in that it is cage-free, All Paws Inn is my dog's second home... I can't imagine taking my four-legged family member anywhere else! read more

At All Paws Inn for Barks and Recreation we offer dog day care and crate-fee boarding in a loving home environment. You can feel safe and rest assured that your dog will be treated like one of the family during their stay here. There is a large, secure, fenced-in yard for outdoor play and the dogs are able to roam the house freely. They may sleep wherever they are most comfortable, including in the bedroom with the owner and their dogs! I get to know each dog's personality and cater the their individual needs!

I have taken my 2 male labs to All Paws Inn twice a week for day care and boarding since December 2011. It has been worth every minute and mile to get there from Rochester. All Paws Inn is very clean and the dogs have a large outdoor area for play. My dogs seem really happy to be pulling up in their driveway in the morning, and are tired and contented, when I pick them up at night. The owners, Nellie and Marcia, have provided me with sage advice and guidance on training methods I can follow at home. As a result, I have become the proud owner of 2 labs that have become easier to handle and are a pleasure to walk now. On a side note, Nellie called the other day to alert me to a potential problem with the dog food brand I use. That was above and beyond, in my book, and showed their sincere interest in my dogs. My thanks to Nellie and Marsha for their expertise and support. I would highly recommend All Paws Inn. read more

I heard about All Paws Inn from a friend and decided to give them a try about 12 or 13 years ago. What appealed to me most was that my lovable pooch would not be cooped up in a crate while I was out of town on vacation. I was also very grateful to know that they require that every dog be temperament tested BEFORE he/she gets to spend time with the other guests, thus ensuring the safety of our precious pups. Marcia and Nellie are very knowledgeable about dogs, in general, and I have come to trust them completely with my four-leggeds with medications, disciplining a new puppy, and helping me to deal with a very shy rescue. The grounds at All Paws are very clean and well kept. My dogs love it at All Paws Inn, and all I have to do is say the words "Puppy Camp" and Champ goes to the door and whines until we get in the car to go. Really, that says it all! read more

This place is awesome. Nellie and Marcia, are so loving, caring and so great and good with the dogs as there own. They give each dog attention, play and do many things. They are always kind, caring and loving towards the people to that bring there dog. My dog goes from car window to car window every morning up there drive. He walks in so happy and runs to them right away. He can't wait to get outside and play with the other dogs, as well as Nellie and Marcia with them. This place is wonderful, it's beautiful, it's clean and just a very happy place with 2 caring special people. Everything is great, and the cage free environment, couldn't ask for me. They are truly special and have the best Doggy Daycare over night boarding. The are #1 in my book, and #1 in Michigan to me. To me they are the best kept secret. All Paws Inn is the absolute BEST in metro Detroit. Taking our dogs to All Paws Inn is like taking them to their Aunts house - Nellie and Marcia are just like family. They make everyone and every pet feel special as if they are the only one in the world. We have special needs furkids that truly are our kids and they require a little extra care. Nellie and Marcia welcomed our crew with open arms and open hearts. And - they knew exactly what to do. The time and love they spend with each pet is amazing and finding them was a gift. This place is AWESOME..... Cage free place, huge private fenced in yard. Nellie and Marcia are the best. They take care of the dogs like there own, they are so kind and loving. My dog Snoopy the non-barking unique beagle loves it. For a dog that was rescued from the Michigan Human Society. Since he's been going there for over 1 1/2 years, he sits when you tell him & gives kisses. Oh and he has a girlfriend there named Chili... MARCIA AND NELLIE ARE THE BEST..... My dog, Tramp, has been an API regular for years. The owners aka, Auntie Marcia and Auntie Nellie ....they love him and because they do I always know he is well cared for while I am away. He loves his daycare buddies there too. You can also be assured that every dog at API has been evaluated so you know the doggie friends your dog will meet are all well balanced and come from loving homes. It's so wonderful to know I have a place to leave my best friend when I need to. I can't say enough great things about API. read more

I heard of All Paws Inn from a friend. It was exactly what I was looking for. The thought of leaving my dog in a conventional kennel was not appealing. Marcia and Nellie have been outstanding. My dog loves going to the kennel while we are away on vacation. I'm not sure he wants to come home. It is such a great option. We LOVE All Paws Inn. My chocolate labs, Moose, 10 and Molly 4 love their day care days. I know they will be well taken care of whether they are there for the day or for an extended stay. They come home exhausted and tired from their active day. All Paws Inn is a clean, well managed business. Nellie & Marcia care for my sweet pups better than I do and I highly recommend this pet boarding facility to anyone who wants their furry friends to be pampered and spoiled. read more
