I walked in, and within the hour, the place was packed, on a Wednesday night. Though they carry other types of food, their specialties are pizza. They're made in a wood oven, and you can't miss it when you enter the place, the thought of the smell is making me want to eat there again. I had a pizza "Biquette" which means little goat. It is goat cheese, as you may guess and it's just delicious. My family was with me and they all ordered the "Tartiflette" and that was also outstanding. As if the pizzas weren't enough, we had desserts, and from the ice creams, to panacotas, to chocolate mousse and many more, we left hours later, happy and full. My cousin had brought his guitar and sang a couple songs for the owners, who were very happy. If you go there, or just pass by, make a reservation and go there for lunch or dinner. I think the pizzas are only at night, Friday to Wednesday. Thursday is closed. Lunch offers a variety of local produces and recipes, in a fun atmosphere. Bon Appetit!

We found this place not far from Maison Carree, and were lucky to be sat right when they opened without a reservation because the place quickly filled up and other patrons were being turned away. We got a negroni and an aperol spritz to start; both were great. The antipasti course of olives had some spicy crackers that we loved and a small bowl of cured meats in olive oil that we had never tried before. Certain pieces were a bit too chewy for us. We got a burrata salad, which was spectacularly delicious (fresh tomatoes, greens, a nice dressing all on top of an interesting flatbread). We were just a bit disappointed that the burrata was served cold and that there wasn't any avocado (unless we misread the menu???). The prosciutto and mushroom pizza we got was near perfect--so damn fresh and good. Our daughter had a chicken breast with some fries and was happy. Dessert was a scoop of strawberry for the little one and tiramisu for us. The latter was wonderful. Service was mostly great, but started to fall apart as the place got busy. It's about 5-10min drive from Les Baux and totally worth it! After ordering pizza at the counter, you give your name and get seated outdoors. When the pizza is ready, they ring the bell and call out your name. Then you go inside and bring the pizza. We ordered Montagnette and absolutely loved it. The pizza size is large and can easily serve two or three people. The crust is very thin and crunchy and toppings are generous. Highly recommend!

Once that your pizza is ready, he calls your name to go and grab your pizza and take it to your table. It is a thin crust pizza with delicious and generous amount of toppings. It is as if you are eating an Italian food but with French taste in mind: Goat cheese, figs, zucchini just to name a few toppings. After you are done eating, you will go pay for your food and clean up your own table and leave. The price is very reasonable with each pizza being somewhere between 12-15 Euros. One pizza is more than enough for two people.
