They made a critical mistake by forgetting to answer an important question, which the immigration office flagged and informed me about. I went back to them and pointed out their mistake, asking them to correct it and resubmit the form. Shockingly, they forgot again. This happened because the person handling my case passed it off to another employee who was careless and unqualified. When I asked them to take responsibility and pay for the appeal, they refused and only offered a refund. But a refund doesn't fix the damage they caused. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. ... لقد كانت تجربتي مع مكتب H.S.
