It's not just a store, it's a place for the gamer community to meet up, which is great. Game stores should have culture. They had more rarities in this store than the other store, which is saying something because both have great stock and impressive rarity. Collector's prices, but you should expect that at a game store this knowledgeable about games. They had three staff members when I was there and all were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. If you're at all interested in games, it's definitely worth checking out.

Nor do they do real cash back refunds on anything even if you buy a used system and its actually defective because they don't actually test or clean the systems they get in, they just half ass blow it out... they are scam artists in disguise fucking us over.... Like how can you tell me these people price a used xbox 360 controller for 35 bucks just a controller but then when someone brings in a whole used xbox 360 console with name brand controller and 500 gig HD to trade in they offer 33 dollars in store credit.. that people should say something what this bullshit company does not to mention they don't even actually try to refurbish anything or even at least replace thermal paste. They can literally hire some people that can do that separately from the actual business locations or even the back of their stores to ensure each used console will actually run properly or at least have a better return policy aka real cash back. Regardless, I came up here on Record Store Day (today) a little after 11am and there was still a little bit of a line. After a quick 5 minute wait and a wonderful greeting I was in! First time there and certainly not the last. Found the other albums I was looking for and then some. I liked that they separate albums/artists by genre and it makes for super easy finds! Imagine finding Metallica sitting next to Metallica...that's a no from me dawg. (a'la Randy Jackson) Everyone was super helpful and the entire uplifting vibe was great! Will be heading back some time soon for more record hunting!

Disappointed with Their Return/Exchange Policy…read more We received two new vinyl records from this shop as housewarming gifts. When we finally played one, it was noticeably warped to the point of skipping and was completely unplayable. The other record was perfect. When we returned to the store, we explained the situation showed the staff a video clearly demonstrating the issue. The employee's tone noticeably shifted when he saw how bad it was, but he still told us they don't accept returns, his only advice was to try home remedies or pay someone to flatten it. For a brand-new purchase, that's unacceptable. We've shopped here on occasion, but after this experience, my wife refuses to buy from them again, worried we might end up with another defective record and no way to exchange it. A good record shop should stand behind what they sell. If anything they should provide the service to flatten vinyls themselves.
