We paid over $700 and then when they finally sent us the qualifications, days after we paid, we advised them that the translator had a serious conflict of interest and could not provide the services we needed. They responded saying that THEY COULD NOT meet our needs and did not have the resources to do so. They admitted that they could not provide the service and then refused to refund us. Lastly Be aware, if you have any matters that involve the Canadian or Chinese government, per their guys Paul, know that Language Marketplaces translators derive most of their income from the Canadian and Chinese Governments opening huge questions in my opinion in their loyalty and confidentiality. 1) u would not provide us with any details on the interpreters qualifications until we paid in full 2) u waited 4 days to provide the translators details, we immediately advised you that the interpreter has a huge conflict of interest because most if not all of your interpreters work is with the Chinese government. 3) you then stated, in an email, that you COULD NOT provide us with the type of service that we require because all of your interpreters provide services to the Chinese government and the Canadian prosecutors office. 4). Which means you did not have the ability nor could you provide us with an interpreter that did not also provide services to the Chinese government and Canadian prosecutors office. You took our money, you could not service the contract, then, U refused to refund us any money. You even failed to refund a parking fee that you never used. People need to be aware of you and your business practices. It's clear this has not been the first time you have done this.
