But they managed to compete this large job in a day. Kirkpatrick's left absolutely no mess, you would not have even known that they had been but for the massive new oil tank. They are a very realistic company and will give you an honest quote no matter how big or small a job is. They have a great reputation in the local area. Joe, one of the workers was full of banter and man chat, something I relish. He told me many stories of jobs he had undertaken and also shared my tea addiction.

Wonder what they charge for an emergency! I paid the plumber or course but felt I had to contact the office to complain about lack of transparency regarding the fee. I didn't ask when booking the repair but I wasn't informed either. The charge was defended by the office person saying "if we had supplied the tap as well, it would have cost £220". Just saying.
