The second application I receive no phone call or notice that they were coming out. However I had just had surveillance cameras installed a couple days prior and guess what? Exactly, I saw an incomplete job. I was able to catch him before he left though and asked him why he didn't treat the north side of my property; his response was; "oh I didn't know this was your yard" seriously? my driveway is located on the northside, my fence line clearly indicates it's on my side.... So he treated it before he left. So, today I called the office and explained what happened; however I was abruptly TOLD by Trugreen's "Customer Service Representative:" Shaneekwa that I only paid 50% so...... So what? She again with a raised voice said YOU ONLY PAID 50%. I'm sure you'll agree that there is absolutely NO REASONING with someone as ignorant as that, so I told her that I'll do it myself and hung up. My recommendation to anyone that wants to utilize Trugreens services is to make sure you're there when they "apply treatment" or at least have surveillance cameras and when you call to complain, and you will... make sure you get a supervisor right away, save some time.

I live in a neighborhood that has a clear sign that states 'NO SOLICITATION' at the entrance and they still come. Weekly! I called a local number and the lady I spoke with said she could add me to a 'do not call' list but I had to give her my name, address, e-mail and phone. Lot of good this is going to do for foot traffic. The kicker is I HAVE A MONTHLY LAWN SERVICE!! And yes my lawn looks good, I even get letters of acknowledgement from the HOA for good lawn maintenance. JUST STOP!

I WOULDNT recommend this lawncare service to my worst enemy. Terry is the owner/contact person…read more Terry and two of his workers came to my home to do a simple cut and trim of my hedges. White lady (riding lawnmower ) Black guy (edged with weed wacker ) They BUTCHERED MY LAWN and didn't trim my hedges. It was as if the guy with the weed Wacker was practicing when he attempted to edge my lawn, he edged my lawn so far back that chunks of grass are missing, my lawn has a receding grass/hair line . My grass is uneven and cut to low . Missing patches where this guy used the weed Wacker to cut my lawn. Terry (own/contact person ) was on site , didn't say nothing , allowed this . Terry won't follow up with you on nothing he offers for your lawn. He will sale you a dream on how he can magically make your lawn the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood but won't follow threw to save his life, he has an excuse for that to. After seeing the end results PISSED! I called Terry (respectful I was) asking why my lawn looked the way it did, he gave me these ridiculous lies, saying I had weeds in my grass that's why the edging looks that way and it's hard to cut the grass even. His attitude was kind of shitty, he had his payment and didn't care that I was dissatisfied. They didn't blow all the excess grass off my lawn, didn't blow all the excess from my front door. They stained my driveway with grass and half ass got it up. Excuse my grammar, still pissed off! They Butchered my lawn yesterday . My fiance is pissed off, every time he walks out or in the front door he is cussing about the lawn and the negative comments from the neighbors don't help matters. (Who's lawn looks the best) NOT mine.. It's the roll of the dice on how your yard will turn out when using this company. wasted money. . If I could upload pictures I would.. if anyone know of a legitimate lawncare service with real experience in lawncare and good customer service, I'm looking...
