This place doesn't do customer service. Been using it on and off for 30 years in an effort to shop…read morelocally. Brought some old style light bulbs... 5 for £2.99, used 4 off them, all faulty. Took the last one back unused in the box with the receipt, bought about another £60s worth of stuff and asked for a refund on the bulbs. They refused saying as i had discarded the other faulty ones they couldn't send them back to their money back from their supplier! I explained i had been a loyal customer for 30 years and spent literally thousands of pounds.... They still refused. I will never shop there again.. B&Q here i come. They dont deserve any business. Steer clear.
