From my home in Cali., I was shopping for an attorney in South Florida for my mother who lives in…read morethere. As I read the Yelp reviews, my fears were justified; I realized that there were some crooks out there. You can imagine my trepidation, I imagined all of the ways this plan could go horribly wrong. I sent several emails out to prospective attorneys. Only one attorney replied - Joshua Liszt. In fact, he went out of his way to read some court papers and suggest a course of action for me, all at no charge via email. A few months later, when the court notices he warned me about had arrived, I called him and arranged a meeting during one of my trips to FL. I found Josh to be warm, helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. We signed the papers and the bankruptcy began. During the process, Josh's office was prompt and courteous with their requests for documents and we sent them everything they asked for. My mother was fearful about driving up to WPB for the court appearance. Josh was there and comforted her. The event was super easy. My mother even said that Josh reminded her of me. Now let me tell you, when a Jewish grandmother says you remind her of her son, that is a good review indeed! :-) A few months later, I was buying a property for my mom and the seller defaulted on the contract. Josh had mentioned to me that he had extensive real estate experience. I told him what had happened and he gave me valuable advice which helped me steer the deal to close. It is so reassuring to know that you can trust your attorney to deliver with services like that! I hope that I never have to use an attorney again, but if I do, my first call will be to Josh. I'm happy to have found him! All in all, I have nothing but highest marks for the services of Josh and his staff and I recommend them highly.

No you did not inform me from the beginning you only take a few cases, nor did you inform me that it would take years to decide! They wasted 5 MONTHS of our time! And only 5 with my prodding! Employee lackey Lori says their website isn't working to use her private email to receive our private records. I called intermittently over this 5 months time and she says she has to make a chart of all the events. I sent her a detailed history timeline of all the events. She says she is working on it and I never ever spoke with an attorney. Then I send around Rash and email around the 5th month, he ignores it. I send Lori numerous emails she ignores them for weeks lying making an excuse she was out. Then I call after 5 months and she says I will give you a call next week. She did not bother to call at all week. I called her Friday afternoon and she says she will call back later. This I think is when they discuss my case in a superficial, incompetent and incomplete way! It was a total waste of my time to trust them. They ignored and neglected all the other issues of informed consent, delay, misdiagnosis, abandonment nursing home bedsores. On the end of the day Friday call, lackey Lori starts telling me all the hospital horrors and not even getting the details right. I all ready know all the excruciating details do you think I need to be told them again? And I had to dig it out of her if they are going to help me or not! She says they are not going to help because of the 1st negligent event and none of the other many negligence matters and they don't know any experts? How can they be in the malpractice business and not? They could of made a decision it long ago if that is all that matters to them! Of course I hung up on her! Your atrocious disservice was a disgrace! And they don't even inform you upfront they are going to force you to waive your FL constitutional rights as most other exploitative so called lawyers. This is so they can get 40% and higher we are suppose to trust them to do all the accounting. With most of these law firms there is no negotiation with their contracts. It is one sided take it or leave it! Why do they have FL citizen constitutional rights for tort victims if the lawyers force you to waive them? It means nothing! And these lawyers don't even respect medical privacy by using a secure uploading service. Why do we have HIPPA laws to protect people when the lawyers get away with anything they want and the FL bar lets them! I hope they don't hurt any others seeking justice! Strongly DO NOT recommend! Avoid!!
