I was just at my house the night before and the door knob was perfectly fine. now I cant open my door bec I do not know how she did it. I cameby just to check what happened and even said "HI" and asked, and all she said was she tried and it just keeps turning, and all of a sudden she told me this " I have been cleaning for years and I know how to operate that kind of door" so my question was, how is it that it is not working? and I told her that I was just here last night and it was working fine and she then said that I know it wasnt us maybe someone did it but they are the only people that came that day. and then while she was cleaning the sink, the panel just below it fell and broke into two, we are in this house for 11 years, I know that panel falls off sometimes but never in 11 years in this house that that panel breaks into two, so I told them that and still blames me it was my fault bec I didnt put it back the right way but weve been doing it that way for 11 years and we never had a problem breaking the panel into two. and then Linda was telling me that I should listen to her husband bec he is an engineer. and what's her point? and then started yelling and blaming me even if I was explaining to the husband so I yelled back and said maybe you guys should just leave! you are not disrespecting me on my own house and blaming me for everything that you guys broke! and then Linda said that I made her upset! so what about me the owner I have to fix all the things they break! what a nightmare!!! dont waste your money!!! I checked the cleaning they did and it was not good! I have some pictures, if only I can post it too!! I cant post some of the pictures! and she threathen me with suing me bec that panel almost hit her foot! and she keeps repeating that she will sue me! maybe I will do that to her cause this company is misleading saying they are professional cleaner but not!

She emptied my baby's diaper pail, cleaned the outside of my Sid windows, swept off the front outdoor steps, cleaned out my espresso machine, dusted picture frames....the list goes on. She did all of that on top of usual cleaning duties. I am so impressed. I'll be using this company again and requesting her.
