This place has been open a year - we were too early for it last year
Wow - this is a great find...good meat & charcuterie, cheese, amazing sorbets (artisanales)...the only duff thing is perhaps the fruit and veg but there is a lot of other good stuff to drool over
Wine...now they stock various local wines as well as a small wider range. The local vino is priced at the same rate as if you went to the vineyard itself (we did a tour one day down to our favourite confit & rillettes producteur, Saby at Mauroux, and went to 4 places on the way back having sampled here - we told the Chateaux that we had discovered the wines at All Fermier: Belmont, Nozieres, Monplaisir and Le Croisille)...there were others but we had no time
A must go to place...plus they are really nice there...let's hope they make a go of it; so please use it even though the local supermarket has upped its game, this is where you can treat yourself
(The bread shop a few doors up isn't bad either; but beware; cycled there one Saturday morning for croissants and they had run out...at 9:30...oh, better do some more, they said!!! Duh!!!) read more
