they did not finish what they started and they did up the middle of the deck so naturally it started to sag when they did come back after being begged to come back they stuck a 2 x 4 in the middle and left a piece of a 2x6 on the ground. some of the decking was upside down and bowed up after rain. most of the boards only has one screw in them and the wood has pulled away from the frame because of it. my wife has called repeatedly trying to get answers from them and they will not return her phone calls. read more

If I could do less than one star I certainly would.I would not suggest this company. My husband and I spent $14,000 on an extremely shoddy piece of work and had to stand over her and his father to ensure that they didn't cut corners. They still accomplished making the deck subpar. Only one nail in stair steps, steps crooked and angled because it was not squared with the original deck being added onto. They tried to just nail 2x4's together and lay them on the ground to create a boardwalk deck. They were not even going to put framework under it until I threw a fit. Zachary admitted that he didn't do the job right and was asked to come back and trim some boards and replaced warped boards that were warped the day he put them on and has never come back. It has almost been a year and I am now ghosted by he and his father. They are a waste of money and frustration. We are seeking a legal workup now to have them pay the difference to have the deck repaired. read more
