I highly recommend Steve and Robin for all your title needs. I meet them back in 2008 when I purchased my home. I have called Robin a couple of times throughout the years and she has always been helpful and attentive when we spoke. I recently called Robin and she was still as pleasant as I remembered. It was a good feeling to feel like family (family owned business) especially after so many years. Highly recommend! Great people to have on your side! read more

5 stars!! Awesome experience. Highly recommend. We were dealing with stressful situation and they could not have been more helpful, more professional, or more comforting during this difficult time. The office is nice, but can be a little bit hard to find. If you are not good with stuff like that, it's a good idea to call. Robin went above and beyond to help us. I've had plenty of experience with similiar companies, but this was by far the best. They are a wealth of knowledge in all things deed and record related. They helped us avoid pitfalls. They are very easy to get a hold of and call you back quickly. They keep all the parties well informed and on the same page. No way you could go wrong using them. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, while waiting for the closing, our lawyer noticed a lot of overcharges (thankfully he got them down), but the sheer fact that they tried to overcharge us at first was disconcerting. Anyone who did not know how much things actually cost would be grossly overcharged. Then there was a problem with the closing date.... etc etc. And to top it all off, they held onto our checks for 5 months, then cashed all at once without contacting us first. It was so long that I had thought that the checks were already cashed, which caused our checking account to go into the severe negatives (approximately $1000 in the negatives). I called and left a message, and they never got back to me. No explanation, no apologies, just destroyed us financially. They don't seem to care about their clients, just the money, and apparently only on their own terms. Most unprofessional company in which I have ever had the unfortunate experience of doing business with. read more

We are still waiting for a title...a month after our original closing day. The effect this has had on our lives has been devasting. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. read more

I used All County Abstract to purchase a Sullivan county and found their service to be prompt, courteous, and professional at every turn. I'm writing this review because I contacted them 2 years after buying the property because I needed some documents from some of their research and they graciously, and in a really friendly way did the research and helped me out in a way that was amazing. I highly recommend them and will use them again with my next property! read more

My family and I used All County Abstract on a purchase of my house in Orange County. We have used them prior in Sullivan County and they did such a great job on our title that I was pleased to find out that they recently opened a satellite office in Orange County. Both Robin and Steve were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend All County Abstract. read more

I would give All County Abstract 5 Stars- my family and I would of never been able to purchase our house if we didn't use All County. There was an issue with a Right of Way on the property and the "Titleman"-Steve used his expertise and many years of knowledge and prepared the agreement required. I applaud All County for the 5 Star Excellent Service. read more

I have been using All County Abstract for many years now and they are the best title agents out there. Steve is definitely the "Titleman" as he is known in the area. He is so smart and well versed in all areas of title. So if you need a great title agent - I would recommend All County without a doubt. read more
