I had to listen to one particular drip so long that it gave me nightmares. I even had a basement flood that cost me $15,000 because of the gutters being messed up. But every single person I hired insisted they were correctly cleaned and aligned and that I was asking for too much. For $150 The Gutter Guys ACTUALLY cleaned and aligned the gutters PROPERLY. They threw in new screws to hold the downspouts together and re-secured them to the exterior walls. I have been telling everyone to hire these guys. I didn't even have to be home when they did their thing. I just left a check taped to my front door. For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

I wanted to speak to him prior to placing the sod order to make sure he was still on board doing it Saturday. I sent emails and called his cell and he did not return my emails or voice messages. That seemed very odd. I tried blocking my number and as I recall he asked who I was and I said, it is me and what is going on and I need to order the sod. He than told me it was still on but he had to do something but he will call me back in a minute. He never called me back. I spoke with my wife at her work and told her he is not returning my call and told he to try calling using her work phone. I received an email from her saying he called her back but again he called and did not recognize her number at work. I told her, he is avoiding our calls and he only called her because he did not know who called from that number. He told her he will call me but never did. I than tried calling him again and used my cell since I never gave that number to him before. He did not answer my call but he did call it since he did not know it was my phone. Based on what he said to me at first, he had no idea it was me until I told him again this is Glenn. That changed his attitude fast and again he said he was working on my job but had been sick but said he has a friend he is getting to do my job and he will call me with the details. Never called back. I can say I never seen a man lie as much as he did that day. If I had ordered the "sod that day, it would have cost me $1200.00 because I had no one to install it and it will die in three days once cut into sod. He drew up the contract and in wrote each item he was doing from removing the grass and add a small amount of top soil and install the sod and remove the trash if any. Most of the grass has been removed already. If he does this on a landscaping job, I would never recommend him to do any work. We waited three weeks for him to do this job because he told us he could not do it any sooner. He knew if I had ordered the Sod, as expected, I would have lost over $1200.00 plus. He came by to check out my issue on the roof, explained what was going on, gave me a reasonable estimate and was ready and willing to fix the issue on-site. Since I had a few other issues internally with the roof, he agreed to come back the following week to finish up the issues. I can't believe he and his colleagues were able to assist me so quickly. They get BIG time props from me! I'm really satisfied with the work that was provided. He even came back to finish up the job on the inside.
