I told him what I needed done and he was happy to take on the job. He is very responsive and professional. He came out to my house as scheduled and was ready to work. He went on the roof and replaced a few pieces of siding that came off the house during the stormy weather. He also took care of a few additional siding pieces that have come loose. Additionally, he fixed an issue I had with the dryer ducts and screwed on the dryer vent cover that's on the outside of the house. He showed me step by step what he was doing and explained to me what the issue was. He also had me test it to ensure everything was working perfectly! Chris followed-up with me the next day to make sure everything was good and in working order. His service was amazing! I would happily use Super Clean Heroes of Atlanta again! Very professional and affordable!

He was excellent at setting my expectations with certain aspects of the home. He was able to get me scheduled, he sent a text he was on the way and arrived on time. He took his time and did the sidewalk to my doorway, the driveway and he even did the part beside the road in front of my house, you can see such a huge difference. I am impressed! When I reached out to him to make it right, he called me "completely unreasonable" for expecting him to redo the job. Apparently expecting a service to last even half as long as promised is too much. After I told him I planned to leave a Yelp review detailing his poor customer service, he suddenly offered to come out and wash the porch, claiming the fading was just pollen buildup. I agreed to let him try - against my better judgment. Mark canceled the first appointment due to "equipment issue". Then he canceled the second time because it was raining, even though the rain has stopped well before the 1:30 pm appointment and my porch is 90% covered. Finally, instead of following through he canceled altogether saying he just "didn't want to work with me". The reality is he didn't want to stand by his work. Unprofessional, unreliable and dismissive. Save yourself the headache and find someone who takes pride in what they do. If I could, I would give him 0 stars.
