They were great. Truck broke down in Prosperity SC. Pulling our horse trailer. Robert came out and de-fueled our, after we accidentally put gas in our diesel tank at the BP. Went out of his way to pull our horses and trailer to his property and let them out in pasture and gave us alfalfa to feed. Had us back on the road same night. Bill was extremely reasonable. And the service request was above and beyond. Highly recommend. I will share him on All the KOA, and equestrian sites. Thanks again guys! read more

I have roadside service through my insurance. This company was the one they sent. The company can not be reached by phone and the answering machine has not been updated since Helena. The driver did show up within 1.5 hours. Friendly and very helpful. I give them a 3 because you can not not contact them only. read more

Called these guys for a small repair to bypass air dryer. Was quoted one price then charged double what was verbally quoted. This business makes a living off ripping us trucking companies off. The company also charged me an extra half hr labor for me questioning the price of the bill even though they acknowledged Robert gave the wrong rates. Never was able to talk to Robert after the initial call out of course. This whole crew is a Joke and hope this review benefits this company the way i hope it will. I think they may be related to the Duckets in Anderson SC that make their living the same way. Terrible business.... read more

I can't be thankful enough for this company and Robert. After waiting for 4 other companies to come out and not showing up for over 5 hours we called All American and they showed up within 45 minutes just like they said they would. They fixed my family's RV and got us back on the road in 3 hour. If it hadn't been for them our vacation would had been ruined. Thank you so much All American. read more

I am so thankful that I was in a safe place when my battery stopped working. I presume that it died in a 3 year old vehicle because it sat while I was on vacation. Went through the app at 1155 am EST, and at 2:31pm, I AM STILL WAITING!!!! WHAT AM I PAYING ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR?! This service is garbage! read more

This has to be by far the worst possible "service" I have ever been apart of. They held the car and black mailed us. Worst attitude and super unreliable. I even had to have the police come with me to his HOME in order to get the car that I didn't give permission to move from shop. He claims his dad works for the sheriffs office and he could care less to quote "throw his transmission on the ground for all I care" please save your TIME and MONEY. Horrible "Business" read more

Very knowledgeable staff, professional and thoughtful! Definitely recommend their services!

Called after having two trailer tires blow on I20 MM39. Man answered and said they normally don't work on Sundays (even though their page shows 24hr service) The man finally called back with a quote, but then said he would have to find someone to come out and help and he would call back again. After an hour of waiting we attempted to call and they blocked one of our numbers. We used a different phone and another man answered and said someone was on the way to the shop to see if they had the tires and it would take 30-45 mins because the owner was out of town. We then waited another hour for a callback for them to block the second number we called from. Mind you we told them we were stuck on the interstate with children in a 100° temps. If you want to be that selfish and lazy and not own up to what your services are than just say you can't help. And for the owner to have on his Facebook page what a hard working person he is then if you were truly out of town like the man on the phone says you need to get some MEN that actually have work ethic and care about other people. read more

worst service ever. they replaced a engine and gave me 2 year warranty for a brand new engine with 2 year warranty. robert the owner did not cover the warranty after the truck broke and now i'm filling a report with federal trade commission. spend over $5500.00 read more

The owner Robert Burton buys prescription drugs from Sherry Clark that lives on Finch Lane in Lexington SC! This business is a joke and he chases after young married females. NEVER use this guy or this BS towing service! This is a very sick man that buys illegal drugs! ATF needs to investigate this man and his business! read more

We called them to tow and repair our van. Robert the owner promised us brand new engine with 2 years warranty. One year later the engine broke again. They don't want to honor the warranty. Also they don't want to give our van back. It's been in their garage for over 9 months. They work also with Three Car Garage, not sure what the relationship is between both, but this is where our van was repaired. If someone has another complain, please contact me so we can file group lawsuit against the owner. read more
