They designed the gutter spout to make the water pile up around my house and caused my living room to flood (the opposite of what gutters are supposed to do) I reached out to them for a resolution and they offered to come fix it if I pay them $100, I really hope they didn't design it this way on purpose hoping for me to give them more money in the future, I understand mistakes happen but charging the customer to fix a problem you solved is pretty shady, I am hoping this is just an oversight and they will give me the home protection that I paid way too much money for. read more

Beware. Total scam company!!!! This company merely sets up a subcontractor to come to your house and do the work, and pockets half of what you paid. Had an estimate done for my house, salesman was nice and was trying to win my business. Did all the measurements and kept saying how much gutter my house needed, added it up to $5200 but then saw the shock on my face, worked it down to $4200 as a 'discount'. I could tell he was pulling numbers from his arse. Decided to shop around, found a small business willing to do it for $2200. Then I discovered the secret- All American contracts with these and other small businesses and has them do the installs, pockets half of the money. The other reviews state unmarked trucks do the installs, which adds up. They just use the small guys, probably pay them way less, and take your money. When I didn't follow through with the quote, got a call from a 'VP of Operations' with a 904 number. Called it back and somehow it was a New Jersey number. Definitely not local. Beware, multi level scamming going on here, verified by other gutter companies. Save your money and go to the small guy! read more

All American Gutter Protection sales process is like the old days of buying a used car. It starts out, for my 400 feet of gutters, at about $38 a foot ($15,000+) after about an hour of listening to how great the product is. Then the salesperson calls the manager and gets it down a bit hoping you bite. Then, about a week later, you will get a text message from some person sitting in an airconditioned office about how the sales person messed up and it is just under $20 a foot ($7,900). The salesperson was very nice and just doing his job the way he was trained to do. For companies like this, it could be $1 a foot and I would NEVER do business with All American Gutter Protection. It is a piece of Aluminum with screen that goes over the gutter. Even at $10 a foot, I could pay four people, $30 an hour for 6 hours to install, $720 for labor, $4,000 for product and we are at $4,720...still too much but at least in the ballpark. However, they try to get over $15,000 for a 400 foot project from people and that is absurd. The cover for gutters should NEVER cost more than the actual gutters themselves. read more

My two complaints and main reason I would never recommend this company is the salesman they sent to my house and the fact they are way overpriced. When I set up my appointment, they said it would take 20-30 minutes to look at our house and give us a quote. Well two hours later, the salesman was still going on about how we should sign today. The quote was $7,900 (far higher than anyone else). He then did the whole "let me call my manager and see if I can do you a favor." He then said he could it down to $5,900 but today only and we have to sign before he left. I was very clear from the beginning we were shopping around and making no decisions today. I think sending a pushy salesman is honestly what cost the sale for us completely. If you have a quality product with comparable prices, you don't have to pressure people that hard. I made it very clear we were not interested in signing today and finally he took a hint but also clearly annoyed with us...in our own home. As if he was the one offended. He was a good bit older than us so he had the condescending "you don't know what you're doing" type of attitude. Two days later we get another text from him, giving us another offer but only if we signed immediately and financed it through them. Again I wish companies would understand harassing people won't get you a deal- at least not here. Although their products looked nice & durable, we have decided to go with another company that has equally quality products but for less- and with much better professionals to work with. I'd advise not to waist two hours of your time for a pushy salesman & overpriced products. read more

Bad experience with the salesman who came out to give an estimate for gutter protection. The product itself is excellent, very strong, made from quality materials and a great design (as a former machinist and tool & die maker, this was what I'd make for myself). However.... The salesman that came out was great, at first. This was our first quote and we didn't know what prices were. He showed us a variety of other products on the market, and they were definitely inferior to what this company offers. The first red flag was him being insulted when I said I wanted to see the materials the other companies I'd selected used. He asked me why, since he showed me various other materials. He asked if I didn't believe him, and I told him that I knew his job was to sell, so he wouldn't necessarily be giving me all the facts. He quoted $6400 initially. Then the second red flag came up. He said we'd get a 25% discount if we signed a contract right then. That means the initial bid was way overpriced by $1600. The third red flag was his attitude when I refused to sign the contract immediately and said I wanted to talk to other gutter protection companies. He acted disgusted as if I had wasted his time and effort, and he left with that attitude. We ended up going with a company with a virtually identical product with a contract of $2700, about $2000 less than the "discounted" price from the All-American Gutter Protection bid. read more

The salesman came out. He measured and saw some gutters that were bad. Replaced some gutters and put the gutterguard throughout. Great job! read more

The salesman told me that they use their own factory trained crews so I thought it would be worth it to pay a premium for a gutter installation. Then a guy pulls up with "GUTTERS" and his phone number on the side of his trailer. All American charged me double and hired a local gutter guy and paid him half. Then after the first rain I had to have them come out and fix the deluge pouring out of a corner of the gutters. Go somewhere else if you need gutters, you will be glad you did. read more

This is about their "re~pitching and repairing. Be careful what you pay for. You'll get quoted per linear foot for labor, but when the guy comes out to do the work, he will just do what needs to be done. Maybe $500 max! the quote and pymt due was $1,200. (Funny, it appears they like checks because they do mobile deposits and there's no recourse, right?Hmmmm.... So.... who's right who's wrong? I feel we were taken by the sales rep and the jury is still out on the work done because it hasn't rained hard enough. I did called their 1-800 and said I wanted to speak with management who can tell me how they can charge me $1,200 when the repair guy DID NOT work on "every" $ per ft that I was paying for!!!! Not holding my breath on that return call. You're better off going on Nextdoor.com and asking around about local companies. Pls do not use this company for "repairs" I found them at Fernandina Bch "open market" on Saturdays. read more

Buyer Beware - Selecting All American Gutter PROTECTION to install gutters for my home was a mistake. First they do not tell you that all of the install work is done by sub-contractors :( and not their employees. Second, the name of the company is All American Gutter PROTECTION. When I called for an estimate for new gutters, I believed that was for the gutters AND the Gutter Guards which is all they advertise on their website. This belief was reinforced by the fact that the price was almost two times more than an estimate from a locally owned and operated company that installs just the gutters. The sales rep never offered me a with or without option. It was just here is the price. On the day of the install, a truck showed up with a different name. A second truck also arrived and explained that he was early and would be back later to install the Gutter Guards. Imagine my surprise when he never returned to put on the Gutter Guards. When I received a call late that night in response to my inquiry, the only answer the manager had was "read your contract - it does not specifically include gutter guards". I understand this is my responsibility to understand what I am purchasing. However thought it important to share so that others do not make the same mistake. The install crew (who were very nice and did a great job on the actual install with the situation they were presented with) tells me that they cannot install one side of the house as agreed on and I will need additional downspouts. And then they tell me that they were not given appropriate details for the downspout for the other side of the house and they will need to use my old (different color) downspout or not install one at all. At the end of the ordeal, I have gutters. Albeit two different colors and without gutter guards. It was a very expensive lesson read more

When the representative came out to discuss the product, I was very impressed with the quality. He sold me on all the features and how the product would last, along with the guarantees. I went ahead and signed the contract and make an appointment for the install. The installers arrived as scheduled and did a good job. Making sure they did the job right I checked the work after they completed the installation which took about three (3) hours to install about 50 guards. During my inspection I noticed they did not install the splash guard and they put four (4) used guards in the gutters. I confronted the team leader and he stated they were not used but had been sitting out in the weather. It amazes me how people think they can get away with trying to get over on the customer. This was a great disappointment to me to see how they were trying to take advantage of the situation thinking I would not check their work. I immediately stated this was unacceptable and that they will need to put new gutter guards on and remove the old used ones (see pictures). They complied with my request however, the team leader still try to defend the initial statement that the guards were not used. If you decide to contract with this company, check the work after the job is completed. I will not be recommending this company. read more

I had some initial challenges with this company- notably the first install, which was a full gutter install was beyond terrible. It appeared this crew had never installed gutters and they never did install downspouts on the house. I am told they are no longer working for the company. I spoke with the manager several times and he wanted to make things right. They removed the entire first job and installed premium gutters correctly, which look great! I'm rating a 3 based on overall experience and timeline (over 2.5 month), but I appreciate that is company is focused on customer satisfaction and is ethical- doing what was right. Not every company would go to the extent this one did and I do appreciate it. read more

After 22 years some things just need a bit of TLC. Instead of replacing me my wife decided we needed to contact estimator / rep. Mike Sandleson of ALL AMERICAN GUTTER PROTECTION to give us an estimate to not only replace our home's gutters but expand the project (to cover areas previously left without gutters). He and the team had the work done within days of the time our roof was redone and they came in on time with no unexpected overrides. The job took less thqan 4 hrs to complete! "Cleber" was the tech installer who worked his butt off in this Florida heat and humidity to "get 'er done" as we like to say down here. The gutters had their first thunderstorm that day and functioned perfectly. Pricing was competitive and I was not pressured to get extras that I didn't reaLLY need nor want. Thanks Mike, Cleber and everyone else behind the scene! We'll be referring folks to y'all for sure. read more

I had a hard time getting companies to come out and give me quote. Eventually I got three estimates. I went with All American Gutter Protection because they actually spent time going over all aspects of my project. They installed the job, and were missing a piece to turn a downspout the way I wanted. The installation manager Ian came back the next morning to install it. It's was a really easy process. The sales rep was great, and the installers made sure I was happy before accepting payment. It turned out great! Dave B. read more
