Hi, I’m Rachel the founder of All Active. I’ve worked in health and wellness for over 23 years as a Personalised Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and NLP Practitioner.

Using science-backed tools and AI-powered insights, I help people understand their unique body type and make simple, sustainable changes that improve energy, fitness, mindset, and overall wellbeing.
