I was excited to work with this company, as the woman who initially answered my first call was very pleasant. I am planning a wedding in July and called them in January to inquire about reserving a number of items. The woman on the phone was very polite and helpful. However, when I tried to get a hold of the company towards the end of January - to make an actual reservation for the rental items -I only got their voicemail. I literally called them at least once a week from that point on, until MARCH! Nobody ever answered, or called me back. I even tried calling at different times during the day, and I left countless voice-mails as well - that is, until I received a message that their voice-mail box was full. Because they are one of the few Rental companies within the Shelton area, I desperately tried to get a hold of someone. After a few months of zero contact or follow-up from this company, I decided to move my business elsewhere. I am super happy I didn't actually reserve the rental items on the first call, or I would've had a very difficult time reaching anyone thereafter. read more
