Chad is SO easy to work with, he is very personable and makes you feel like you're his only client…read more (though there are others in the waiting area) He is very thorough in what he does with my hearing aids every time that we meet and never makes you feel rushed. His personality is top-notch, he remembers your name even when meeting in public. He also recalls some of my passions and hobbies from meeting to meeting. Anyone can do a hearing test, and anyone can get you hearing aids, but Chad does those extra things that make you always look forward to visits. Yesterday, I had to purchase a set of hearing aids from another vendor for insurance reasons. I was very unhappy with the minimal time that was spent doing the initial adjustments and how he just kind of fumbled around with the software. I will be contacting Chad to see if I can pay him to do all of the adjustments on these new aids going forward. As you can see, I've got a lot of positive things to say about Modern Hearing, I could not recommend them enough. This is the place to have all of your hearing needs taken care of with compassionate care!

I was a little nervous going in for my hearing test, but it turned out to be a very enjoyable…read moreexperience. Chad immediately put me at ease. He took a lot of time with me and explained every step along the way. He started with a quick examination of my ears looking for wax build-up. He then administered the hearing test where I was to listen for sounds and click a clicker when I heard them. After the test he showed me a readout showing what sounds I heard well and others that I had difficulty hearing. He was very articulate and very informative. He explained the different types of hearing aids and what he thought would be best in my situation. My hearing aids arrived in less than a week and he met with me again to explain how to use and care for them. He turned them up to 60 percent so I would gradually get used to hearing better. After a week I would return and he would put the sound up to 100 percent or normal hearing, Chad made me feel very comfortable and I never felt rushed, He was concerned with me as a person and was very professional. I was very impressed with his service and would highly recommend him to others.

She is a nice person, but I don't think she either knows what she is doing, or doesn't seem to care…read moreabout making her patients better. I was referred to her 2 years ago for ear pressure with extreme vertigo. She looked in my ear & said there was nothing wrong. A few weeks later my ear drum ruptured on it's own. Once all the fluid behind my ear came out, I was instantly cured! A few weeks ago, I awoke with the same symptoms, Again I was referred to Dr. Lynch. This time my vertigo isn't even a fraction as bad as it was but still, completely affecting my life. She looked into my ear & again said she saw nothing. I told her I can actually hear the fluid sloshing around in my ear! I have had 8 doctors look in my ear & see the fluid, but the only person that can do anything about it wont! I told her I needed her to put tubes in my ears. I'm suffering terrible and am unable to work. She just gave a prescription for pain killers & told me to see a neurologist. I even told her how my ear burst last time after I saw her, and she just shrugged it off! Terribly disappointing. The least she could have done was try to put the tubes in my ear. If my insurance wouldn't have covered it, I would have paid for it myself just to get some relief! I will never see her again. I actually stared crying & begging her to help me.
