I called in first thing in the morning when they opened and inquired about services for two watches. I dropped them off shortly after and discussed prices, services, and different options. The level of transparency and integrity from the staff was impressive, and, the efficient service was convenient. I had both of my watches cleaned and reset (one battery replaced and the other professionally set). All of this for less than $40 and within an hour. When I picked the watches up, they explained details and knowledge about my Tag watch I've never even known. This business demonstrates superior service, knowledge in the industry, and pride in great customer service. 2) Staff I was assisted by Micah throughout the whole process. He was exceptional and the primary reason I would go back and refer others to this place only. He was friendly and listened well, honest and thorough with explaining my options to keep costs down but ensure quality, and mostly, he took pride in his job. I asked a lot of questions and he answered all of them, and through this, I discovered how knowledgeable he is about the business, the products, the industry, and engaging with customers.
