Like most small town train station this is small with just a kiosk (Pressbyrån) selling sweets,…read moresnacks, drinks and magazines. This has limited hours and isn't opened late evenings. There are enough seats and there are even internet accessed computers at a fee. The ticket service has never ever been opened the many times I've been there, so make sure to buy tickets in advance.

The best "beach" in Gothenburg! You'll find ferries to take you to the island (via your västtrafik…read moreticket) and to the west are some small areas you can sit by the ocean. It's not a typical beach with sand, but there are rocks and ladders you can use to jump from and climb out. There is a huge parking lot but in high season expect to come early to snag a spot, else you'll have to find street parking a few kilometers away. There's only a few restaurants and some are only open during the summer season, so plan accordingly!
