They took their time explaining each thing, showing them how to brush their teeth. Xray process was amazing for them as first timers. Kids recieved their first photo and a certificate card for having their first visit. My husband and I have had dental procedures and the office and dental staff are very informative of what is going on. They ran our insurance first so we knew ahead if time our out of payment plans and options prior to commitment. At the end of each appointment each person gets a tooth goodie bag which we enjoy. New tooth brush, tooth paste, etc. The kids love there new brushes and each visit they wabt to be the first ti go back. Considering all the fears in dental practices this is one facility that does not have that. There office even gives above and beyond supporting the local community!!!
