If I could give them 0 stars I would.. let's just start of by saying I ain't the only one who's had a bad experience with this shop. Unethical sums it up !! I would blame the issue with my niece 15era dress on the manufacture, but why would that be the customers fault. The shop owner should address that to them and work something out with the customer . Ordered the dress 5 months ago the event is in 10 days and the dress was nothing like what we agreed on . Save your self money and buy it on Amazon these dresses come straight from DHGate with a fowl smell like fish the gems were plastic the stitching was sticking out the color and fabric were off. The employee tried to salvage the situation, but it was to late they went and bought rhinestones at Michelle's, but that wasn't going to fix the disaster of dress. May I also add they added an additional cost to customize it . So here we are less than 10 days away and the dress isn't done . We went to ask for a refund of what we had given towards the dress and the owner had the audacity to have her employee call us back and offer us credit towards a future purchase ( why would I even step foot in this shop again) she is unethical and not so much for the money I lost but because of the time and stress this caused .People will hopefully think twice about buying here . We lost additional money and a deposit from photo shoot because the dress wasn't ready . So for anyone thinking of going here "KEEP AWAY"... I now have to go look for another dress else where .. If I could give no stars I would. These women don't know what they're doing. My sister in law is getting married, ordered her BM dresses from here. All the BM dresses didn't fit:too big. Except mine:too small. I would normally be able to "squeeze" into any dress. However I'm nursing my son and DO NOT want to be uncomfortable at all. Also I went in a week later to try it on again. (More hooks put on and the zipper was lower.) It didn't fit yet again. And she asks me. " oh. Did you gain weight?" First of all that is rude, and unnecessary. Secondly bad customer service. The wedding is in three days. And I notice that the gems on my dress look shattered. (Manufacturers fault) however instead of telling me if I want my money back just fix it.
