This was by far our worst experience. Frances was an absolute nightmare to work with. Frances didn't even tell her clients they needed to leave for the inspection or final walk through, couldn't be bothered to return emails or phone calls from our agent, and didn't even drop off the key and garage door opener to the title company so we could get in our house. This was a $750,000 deal and Frances left us a house that was totally trashed. The sellers suffered an unthinkable tragedy during the sale of the house, and we offered them an extension multiple times. We even asked if they needed out of the sale. They were clearly in crisis and needed a compassionate, communicative, cooperative, and proactive realtor. Frances proved to be none of these things. Staying on top of her client's timeline and communicating their progress with us was her responsibility. Because she did not attend to this basic detail, the move-in was an absolute nightmare for us. They were not out in time. We were sitting in our car with our baby until 9 pm waiting to get in the house. The house was left in absolutely DISGUSTING condition. There were so many personal items left behind, strangers were just walking in late at night, they left us a mountain of trash to dispose of, forgot to give us the garage door opener, and there was a car still parked in the driveway. I have sold two of my homes and would never think of leaving a home in the sort of condition Frances had no problem leaving the house to us in. There are certain things you do to make the house nice for buyers. Having the house cleaned and the garage door opener were actually in our contract. Even if they weren't, leaving a house totally trashed for the buyers who just spent three quarters of a million dollars on it is not acceptable. I packed up their personal belongings and called Frances to coordinate the exchange of their stuff for a garage door opener. She was incredibly inappropriate, insensitive, and unprofessional. She threw her clients under the bus and blamed them for everything, complained about "having to deal with a crying mother all week", told me "when [my] child dies I'll have the right to complain," said I should be grateful they even moved out at all, told me to throw out their personal belongings, said our agent should have to pay for the garage door opener, and then hung up on me. The right thing to do in this situation is apologize. We went out of our way to be patient and kind with the family and Frances, and we weren't considered at all. Had Frances apologized to us for the state of the house, thanked us for our patience, and offered to actually do the things she and her clients had committed to doing for the sale, I would have felt a lot better. Frances took a difficult situation and made it even worse with her incompetence, finger pointing, nasty attitude, and complete lack of regard for anyone but herself. We purchased this house at the very top of our budget, and Frances showed us zero respect or kindness. Instead she left us with a dump and was incredibly disrespectful towards us. There were some really basic steps Frances could have taken to make this a more positive experience for everyone: Answer her phone. Keep us informed on how the family was doing on the timeline. Letting us know they needed more time so we could plan accordingly. Calling a junk pick up service to have all of their garbage picked up. Giving us a heads up about the condition of the house, and informing us of her plan to make sure everything got done they committed to doing. Getting the key and garage door opener from her clients and driving a couple of miles to the title company to make sure we had them in our possession. Apologize to us for not fulfilling her end of the deal. Actually been gracious and kind when I called her. These things aren't even going above and beyond for clients. It's called doing your job, something Frances repeatedly did not do. This chaotic mess was completely avoidable. We could have all worked together to make this go smoothly. The family clearly needed more time. Had they taken the time we offered them, they would have all their personal belongings, the house would have been clean for us to move in, we wouldn't be stuck with a bill to dump all of their trash and leftover belongings, we wouldn't feel so completely disregarded, all the people helping to get things done wouldn't have been so horribly inconvenienced, and all parties would have been much happier.

I am writing this review based on my first amendment rights, as this is my true and honest opinion…read moreof this company. Let me start off by saying when I moved to this town over a decade ago, Sid was on a role.. the only name in real estate we heard...but since then ... the company has gone down the tubes and here is why... Crooks. Like two other reviews on Yelp ( with 12 others voting for those reviews ) so a total of 14 others that have something negative to say about this company, plus myself. My experience is simple.. Shortly after the passing of a family member, I inherited a condo and entrusted this company with the rental of said property due to being in the military and living out of state. To make a long story short, I signed a contract that wasn't honored by the company. I was told for any repair done to the condo above $500 would need my consent to move forward. I assumed they would be writing down an itemized list of what they fixed.. with price... but they didn't. So, guess what... that did not happen and they made it (and are still making it) appear my fault. They did THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs..... without my consent. Upon calling them- they claimed that they didn't have good reviews along with the bad ones... but i can assure you.... there's a reason for that. This company of crooks is run completely wrong.. and how glad I am to see better companies pop up around tiny Twin Falls to give my business to. When family members pass on, there are crooks like this that prey on families. I told them I would pay this.. and am receiving harassing emails for payment, but I've been talking to my lawyer first. Please beware of this company. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.. because according to this site... I'm not the only one (there is about 15-16 people who feel this way.) simply unethical practices from the staff, with the boss trying to cover that up. It was simple. I wanted to know where they spent my money and they couldn't give me an answer in the form of an itemized receipt, and I cannot express how important it is that when handling a clients money you know EXACTLY where it is going.
