Jose transformed my son's hair amazingly! I asked for a very similar cut and he delivered. Will definitely be going back for my son's haircut. read more

Giving them one star only because you have to give at least one star. I went inside the shop, no one was there except one Barber. I asked them if they were open for service. He confirmed that he would be able to take me in 5 mins. I got there 5 mins later and saw the Barber taking in a customer. Now there was someone sweeping the floor and immediately asked me if I had an appointment. I tried to explain to him that I was just here 5 mins ago and had a confirmation from the Barber that I would be able to get a haircut in 5 mins. The sweeper kept repeating like a parrot if I had an appointment. Not sure if he was slow, did not speak English it was just flat out rude and does not understand customer service or communication. Regardless, not a place I would want to spend my money and I hope that people would boycott places like this to bring back some decency read more

Turns out it's a bunch of latino guys arguing over who has to take on the next customer because nobody wanted to work. Plus constant bickering about who stole supplies from so and so's work space. Went in for a beard clean up/trim walked out with a crooked trim I had to fix myself at home. Completely unprofessional and shabby experience, will not be returning. read more

Great personal service. I got my ears cleaned out and a shave. Interesting place, lots of conversations going on. Kinda hard to locate. I'll be back ... read more

Worst barber shop, I started coming here because I moved down the area but this guy Hassan ( Turkish guy) always has issue cutting hair, everytime I come he doing nothing and doesn't want to cut hair. I booked him today and he was like you only booked me for hair, when I booked for hair n beard I have no time when I already drove 30 mins. Worst barber in the shop, might as we'll get rid of him. read more

Shop is clean and cozy. Staff is very friendly. I booked a gold package and was extremely pleased with everything. I Wasn't sure what look to go with, but Deya gave great suggestions and executed it all well. Very happy with everything! read more

Can't beat the value, price, and genuine care for hair and customers that these guys have. I don't know how I didn't find out about this place earlier but I'm so glad I did now, and I'm a customer for life. I recommend absolutely anyone there, we went in for two haircuts for my brothers and they did a killer job. The price is the same as any budget hair place, but the skill is incredible. read more

Very disappointed. The last couple of times I've been there they don't seem to get it right, I don't know whether it's a language barrier or what. My son and I did not get the haircut that we asked for, the haircut is uneven. They are busy taking with each other and seems like they are rushing. read more

My first time there. There was a bit of a language barrier but I showed him a pic off my phone and he did a good job. I was a walk in and didn't have to wait very long at all. I will be back with an update on the second. read more

Worst place for haircut. They want you to have appointments before hand even when you have the appointment that particular barber they never never there on time. They want you to be professional but Barber are never available on time. Owner specially has a lot of attitude No knowledge of customer service at all. read more

worst customer service ever. No use to take a appointment becaus e the workers work according to their own convenience and lie straight to the face that you never told us that you have a appointment read more

Very nice service. Recurved a very good and clean beard trim. Excellent service. Would recommend

Been looking for a barber for too long now. My search stopped here, so will you. They book online and over the phone. Easy process no wait, with the most professional barbers in the area. Definitely recommend. read more

I have been waiting to find a place where men can go and get pampered and a clean cut or trim. I found out about Alibaba's from a coworker who told me he really liked the place. It's not far from the crib so I figured what the heck let me give it a try. When you walk in let them know you have an appointment. Just google the place and create an account on the appointment site to save yourself some time. They had a steady stream of folks coming in so they even highly recommended it. They play nice Arabic music and the place seems nice and clean. The barber tools are sharp and cut clean. I decided to get the Gold Package (Hair, Beard, Wax) which was well worth it. These guys are professionals and take their time making sure everything is done to your satisfaction. My barber was Ibraheem and again if I go there I'll probably try to stick to the same person as it is just easier...if your scared of getting your face waxed trust me it's something you should be doing from time to time to make sure your skin is clean and healthy. If you think your looking shabby or just feeling down come get your face and head looking like a million dollars. If you just want an ordinary haircut it's $15 and a fade is $20. The package I got was $38 and if you don't tip then maybe that straight edge razor might cut ya. read more

I have been going over there for over two years and very satisfied with their services. The staff is very courteous and professional.

I respect his concentration, focus and work ethic. Marcos did great! Place look clean and modern. Good atmosphere.

Scheduled an appointment with 3 different barbers on 3 different days. Didn't show up on any of the appointments, waited over 30 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and careless. Every since Ali left, the place has fallen apart. Been coming here for 2 years, but today was the last day. Update (2/27/22): decided to come back, this time even worse. I called ahead to make sure I would have someone available if I scheduled. Scheduled for a 430, got there at 430 exactly and they had someone else scheduled. Don't know how this place is still running. Don't honor anyone's time, employees act dumb when approached. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time here read more

Quick service, excellent prices, friendly and professional barbers! What else one can ask for!

Great place to get a haircut. Everyone works there is professional and has experience with haircuts.

100% satisfied with my haircut with Diego. He's precise and cut it exactly like the picture I showed him. I highly recommend him

$ to $$. A fade is now 25 dollars. Appointments are not tracked. You show up on time and wait, because they failed to track there own scheduling logger. Ask for 00 or skin to only get stubble. I could go to Sports Clips for this. So, the once great 5 star barber shop is now a Sports Clips. read more

Bears and hair cut - was a great beard cut ! Professional and happy to earn your business

Horrible experience. If you want your hair to look good you are better off not gettig a haircut from this place.

Clean and friendly place. They do an equally great job an kids as well as adults. Good at suggesting styles based on hair type. Definitely recommend this place. read more

They never answer the phone. When you book online they make you wait for a long time even after booking the appointment online. Mediocre skills. One of the employee is just taking pictures of the customers while they get the cut probably to promote the business . Really awkward experience. Prices are too high for basic cut compared to others in the area. I would not recommend this shop. If you are looking for a good experience look up prestige barber shop! You shouldn't be disappointed when you pay for what you expect. read more

Terrible terrible, not sure where they learned to cut hair but a complete lack of communication, if you want to waste your money, hit em up. Seriously, if I can give them 0 stars. I would. I'm not sure what fairly land all these 5 star reviews are from but wow. Just go anywhere else. I would go far enough to say I don't even think these guys are professionally licensed to cut hair. read more

Great haircut and friendly service! These guys know what they're doing and will make you look great! Above and beyond my expectations

Wisam is amazing! I've gone to him consistently and have been impressed every time. I've even brought my brother to him after a hair mishap and he fixed it right up. Highly recommend him and this barbershop. Very clean and professional and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! read more
