When going in the back after being called, a female employee in scrubs asked general questions about height and weight etc. Instead of her weighing on the scale, she just asked and then was writing on a regular notepad. During examination with the nurses, there were no gloves at use. Also while in the waiting room, the receptionists are not only talking loudly but the window remained opened when making and receiving phone calls from other patients and medical providers. Highly unethical and was not being confidential. We will never visit here again.
