The cleaner arrived at the exact time booked and was a lovely friendly guy who listened to all my explanations and they I left him to it. I don't usually book cleaners but for the jobs you just really don't want to do - like cleaning the oven and range hood - it is so worth it ! The job was done to a much higher standard I would have been able to achieve and all for a very reasonable price. Convenience and smiles all round :)

Only three months since install but we have had numerous problems with our outdoor blinds. Most…read morepathetic product and service we have received from Cameron Blinds, it may not even be a genuine Ziptrack product we were sold in the first place. Bunch of liars in the office denying the fact that they are responsible for the delayed install that took 6 visits and more than 2 weeks to be completed. After the install we had to keep requesting their install team to come out and fix different issues over and over again (at least 8 times in just 3 months). Now bragging about their 40 years of experience and blaming issue like wind and weather, which is of course a problem in Melbourne but products and services are designed and delivered to meet those issues and clients are properly informed on how to use the product and avoid these problems during such times. They think it's a joke to take clients hard earned money and then then ask to pay again for visits to fix the issues, not honoring the warranty. Very arrogant owner who has 0 manners or respect for suffering customers. We will take this to VCAT or anywhere else it needs to go to teach them a lesson and get our money back.

I was so happy to find Chippy's Outdoor when searching online because the prices for the items I…read moreneeded really are the cheapest I could find at Chippy's. What I didn't expect was the absolutely exemplary customer service!!! Justin the manager is an extremely customer service oriented person, and highly organised and efficient, and I've been absolutely blown away by the customer service not just the high quality of the items I've purchased! Thank you Justin for your incredible customer service - so refreshing given you don't see that much any more these days. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to help your customers get what they want (especially me lol!), and for being a really decent trustworthy guy. I will never buy any landscaping supplies anywhere but Chippy's now!!

I've used a number of other painters in the past, but boy am I glad that I found Matt! Not only…read moredoes he know his stuff in terms of paint and other finishes, he's pretty creative. Matt gave us the kind of decorating advice that really helped us get more than just a new coat of paint. He and his team created a new space for us. I know that that might sound a bit corny, but I'm not sure how else to describe it. Our previous painters were all about getting the job done - they were good, but didn't provide that extra understanding of what we were trying to accomplish in total. (Even our plasterers were impressed!) His team were all excellent. You could tell that they had been working together for years. They took care to protect our belongings, even to where they placed their cans, and equipment. And most of all, they cleaned up nicely after themselves! (Not a quality to be overlooked!) The follow up was great too. Matt came back a couple of times to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. Matt's my first call for any future painting!
